    Beware! TrustHome Properties is a complete scamDO NOT trust them with your home.This is an honest review from an out of state multiple property owner.Your nightmare begins with ************** their ******************** person. Initially knowledgeable and responsive, she vanishes once you sign the contract, only reappearing when threatened with termination.Your Property Manager, in my case ****************, is a disaster. Despite boasting "over 20 years of successful industry experience," she fails to communicate, market, or meet even basic professional standards. Communication? Non-existent. Marketing? Laughable. Professionalism? What an absolute cruel joke.Their marketing strategy is a joke, relying on basic and outdated methods of MLS listings and iPhone photos. You'll have to beg for any support or information, as they blatantly ignore your calls and emails.Their post-service antics are equally absurd. They'll deny any wrongdoing, threaten you (You know, we talk about owners across other companies. ******************) and play ***** games with your new property manager all while clinging to their delusions of competence.Abandon all hope, ye who enter here. Avoid TrustHome Properties at all costs. They're a waste of time, money, and sanity. They're a dumpster fire of epic proportions, and even when faced with their own failures, they remain stubbornly blind to their own incompetence.
