    I just purchased a home in July 2025 & a neighbor noticed it was listed on ****************************** an older photo, but no one in this neighborhood can lease or ******** want my home removed from this website. Its fraud. No one gave permission.. With the amount of homes listed, I highly doubt these are rentals. Please contact them to remove listing. Thank you

    My house was put on Rent to Own labs as a rental property I never gave the permission for this and I wonder who did my house is not for rent or for sale and I would appreciate if it gets taken off the website Thank you very much

    Thank you for reaching out and bringing this error to my attention.  I have reached out to our Customer Support Team to **************************** remove the address in the complaint from the Rent To Own list of properties.  I am so sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused.  Sometimes our database has a glitch in its system and  incorrectly lists properties as available when they are not.  Again, please accept my heartfelt apologies for this error.

    The company honored my request to cancel the membership but not to return my money. There are at least 6 reasons that I deserve a refund. 1) The site is supposed to be for them to show you homes that are available to rent to own. Instead, they simply provide you with a list of home that are already listed online for sale in your region. When I called, they told me to contact all the owners and see if I can get them to rent to me. This is a scam! I don't need them to give me homes that are already listed for free on ******. 2) I specifically wanted a home in Bratenahl, OH. They showed me one. It showed that it was on ********* Blvd. I went to the city, they said it's actually on Ingersoll. Also, it was sold 3 years ago. This is a scam! The address was fake. 3) Lots of the homes listed on the site are from several years ago. Yet, they are marketed as currently available home for rent to own. This should not be legal. 4) I was charged 3 times instead of once. I would like a full refund of any and all money that I provided to this company. 5) The links for this company take you through a web of sites. You are transferred between renttownlab.com, *************, and a host of other sites each time that you login and register. It's a tangled web. 6) They put me on hold and never returned to the phone when they were supposed to be processing my refund.

    Rent to own labs and its website has my house listed as a "Verified" listing as a rent to own home. My house is not up for any kind of sale or rental. I have reached out to the company via email and phone with the listing attached and asked them to remove it immediately. They quickly claimed they removed the listing yet my house is still listed. The photo of my house is from ****** maps. . This website and company is a scam and conducting fraudulent activity. It also seems that they respond to every claim on BBB with the excuse of a computer glitch.

    My house is being listed on a for rent site and I've lived in this property owned this property for three years I have small children that live here I don't need creepers driving past my house thinking it's for rent.

    *********************** filed a BBB complaint against my company on January 6, 2023.  She said that her house was listed for rent when it wasn't.  I immediately reached out to our Customer Support Team and asked them to remove the property listing from the database if it were there. My Customer Support team responded to me on January 12, 2023 that this was handled.  I immediately answered the BBB complaint online that same day, January 12, 2023.  Today, January 20, 2023, I received a 2nd complaint from *********************** through BBB about the same issue.  This was my correspondence from the 1st complaint:  "Our Customer Support team has removed this customer's property listing.  We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused.  We pride ourselves in keeping our data up-to-date but sometimes the system fails us.  It would be important for the customer to remove any cookies on her browser so the deleted page will not come up."

    The company has my house listed as a "Verified" listing as a rent to own home. My house is not up for any kind of sale or rental.     My home is being listed as rent to own by this company. I have never listed my home for sell or to rent. This is fradulent. When tried calling and inquiring on how they got this information - Jake informed me I need to sign up for some wedsite. I would like to have this take down immediately.
