  Totally unreliable they said they would visit my home at a day they chose. the next day I emailed to ask their findings to which ***** said he would call me at noon. At 2pm he sent an email asking what time he could call me and my response was noon. His response to me was to come pick up my keys that he didn't want to do business with me. I guess expecting them to do what they say they would is asking too much. STAY FAR AWAY.Just read their response to another review and make your own judgement.

  Wow, this old guy is really something, I never said I was going to visit his house the day we choose, we said we were going on the next day, The following day around 8 am he CALLED ME ( not email ) asking about i thought about his apartment< i said i was going there around 12 to take pictures and call him, when was almost 2 pm i sent him a message asking him if he was able to talk on the phone, for about 15 minutes he didn't answer so i sent another message asking what time i could call him, he responded right away with 12, on the first call with this guy he started saying he was a real estate broker in **, and he should be taking my job doing property management, because charging 10% per month to handle everything the apartments needs would be too much, So we agreed that i was just going to find him a tenant and he would pay my company the first month of the rental agreement, and he would take over after that, he wanted about $1700-1800 per month on that apartment, i wanted to talk with him because similar properties over there was being rented around $1300-1400.

  They’re thieves. They insult customers. Awful treatment. They discriminated against me and called me a scammer for forgetting my expensive hair dryer behind. They claimed they have everything recorded which would show my item left behind. Instead I’ve been offered no help and insulted and theater to be charged for a door that was broken and I reported. I honestly don’t know where to get help. It was booked through ****** but all reported go back to the host who has full power and they’re abusing it at all costs.

  To start this Valeria *******, stayed in one of our properties and on the third day she broke the shower door, and sent a message to the wrong phone (which was not ours and she received 3 phones for contact or emergency), next day at about 7am I sent a message to her ****** account stating that i was going to send my maintenance person to the house around 9:30 - 10:00 am, when our office opens at 9:00 am one of our staff sent another message saying that our maintenance person was on the way, when this person flips and start said "all of the sudden you sending someone here?" Well, it was not all of the sudden since we had sent her a message couple hour before. She contacted ****** to make a complaint about the shower and saying we didn't want to go there to fix (which was a lie on her side). She declined having anyone from our company there until 12:30, when ****** contacted us, i told them to look at the message trend from her because it was not even 12:00 when airbnb contacted us. I told them how i can see or fix what is going on if this person does not allow us to enter until 12:30? I am not sure what happened, I NEVER TOLD HER THAT WE HAVE RECORDINGS OF THE STAY, which is illegal, we do have pictures (about 90 pictures of the house from the day of her check-in proving that the shower was not broken) When they left at 12:30 my manager and a shower glass company personal went to the apartment and saw what was going on, she broke the rail ( how i have no idea ) but glad the person had spares with him and got it fixed. When she left the apartment a couple days later our refrigerator was broken and we had another guest arriving on that day, we paid an appliance company to go check what was going on but they said it would take 4-5 days for the parts arrive which was not acceptable, as we had another guest arriving in the afternoon, The cost for fixing was going to cost more than a replacement of the refrigerator. So, we purchased another one for this guest, but sadly they only could deliver the next day. When that guest arrived, she called us saying about the fridge not working and offered her a 30% discount on her stay if she could wait until the next day for another refrigerator arrive, which she accepted (we have all this in writing from the VRBO guest). So, 2 days after Valeria left, she called and ask for a hair dryer that she left in the apartment (which no one found it) and it was not on any picture from our cleaner or our supervisor, so we called that cleaner and also the supervisor to ask about that and no one found anything (believe me we found so many items on our houses before and we always contact the guests about that, but this was not the case) She started cursing and went to ****** to request the $1,200.00 payment she did for her reservation in our apartment back. So that's why I called her a scammer, we have the emails, text messages with the time frame of everything. So, because she lost somewhere else her hair dryer, does not give her the right to break our shower or our refrigerator and to call us thieves. Also, after that this Valeria started to go to doctor's websites for man issues and making appointments for me (the owner of the company) which she did about 10-15 times using our email and our phone number (we saved everything). All that was on the same day when she tried to get $1,200.00 back, this person is a professional scammer, but after all the proof with pictures, emails, text messages, ****** did side with us.
