This company hires the worst kind of people. Avoid them and avoid *******************. This woman ran us out of our 6 year rental home. We had two small kids and a baby on the way. After a year of her being our property manager we decided to leave. Five years prior we had zero issues with property or inspections. The moment she came on we would get the runaround to get things fixed. People came did half a** work and kept coming back. She cost me my job, my mental well-being while being pregnant and high risk. She ordered my bathroom to be replaced and then when they did the work wrong tried to charge us for their mistake. I caught on to it and spoke to ***** company and they advised it was on them and refunded the owner. Mind you it was Christmas around this time and I had to sleep on the floor at nine months pregnant and never once tried to be sympathetic we didnt have a bedroom or bathroom due to this issue. She made our lives h*** on earth. When we came to an agreement in writing she went and set all sorts of fees for cleaning etc when I told them they could keep my deposit for those sorts of things. Never believing she would add erroneous charges for light bulbs and carpets that are over ten years old. The home had mold from the leaks in the property which voids a lease and we know our rights. I sent this complaint to the owner and **** has never done anything to rectify this situation.

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE.....This company is dishonest and money hungry. First, they changed my rent due date to the 3rd of the month to rip-off government retirees, disabled american and military veterans. We all know that government checks dont always get cleared by the 3rd. Second, they changed the late fee to 10% of total rent and misrepresented that the late fees were collected as "additional rent". Yet, they dont give the "additional rent" to the homeowners. Most importantly, they failed to report the late fees on my "Owners Statement" or their *** form. Most concerning, I only learned about the late fees from my rental tenant. So, they clearly can not be trusted by homeowners because they concealed the late fees. According to my accountant, the late fees and any money collected from the rental tenant should be reported on the *** form. Due to their poor management services, I have probably committed TAX EVASION over the last few years. In addition, they have failed to make many repairs to my rental property and the exterior was left in very poor condition. Most importantly, the tenant was forced to use an inoperable kitchen faucet for several months and they refused to replace inoperable window blinds until I inspected my rental property. I terminated their services for the aforementioned reasons and for Breach of Contract. In short, they were withholding $610 for maintenance, but failing to make many repairs to my rental property. They are refusing to release the tenants security deposit, when they failed to **************** property. Now, they are planning to *** my tenant, if he does not vacate a rental property that they are no longer mangaging. (Jan 2024) Nevertheless, I will be paying a lawyer to *** this company for myself and my tenant,,,,,, -- HIRE A COMPANY THAT WILL MAINTAIN YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY AND THAT YOU CAN TRUST........... FYI...I AM HAPPY TO SHARE THE PHOTOGRAPHS OF MY RENTAL PROPERTY.

This owner has violated a contractual agreement! per ******* law. At this time we can't address any items detailed in her review response above due to legal actions being taken against the party. Thank you.

ohhh wow i dont know where to start or if i even have the vocabulary to express how this company is all about the $ they will eat you alive even if you are in the worst point in your life, not mentioning not giving you the service but charging you and when you want to get out "sorry lol you are in a contract" even the founder ( the father of the spoiled kid that got daddy's company) is unbelievable, heartless and the word greedy was created when this company started. i was in a bankruptcy process not even being able to support my family and went there to ask to get out of the contract, i explained that they never gave me the service i was paying for and i was doing all the work myself and they gave my tenant my number and every issue i was called directly instead of them resolving, when i tried to get out my answer was sorry lol ...contract... when finally i spoke to the realtor that i will not renew my contract she gave me the key and said sorry we could not continue...bla bla bla im in the middle of the bankruptcy and i get sued by the lovely company, now they want % of my house because i was supposed to tell them to sell my house which i did myself because in my understanding, the contract term ended (at least what i was told by the realtor that work on the payroll of this company. went to the office crying that i couldn't pay them that i needed the little $ i got to feed my 3 babies, the owner came personally ( not the little privileged kid, the father himself and the help he could offer me was so nice, sir please step out of the office and pay us a contract is a contract! the original realtor that i signed the contract with i told her what happened and she told me im not the only one and that is why she left the company, just trying to to SAVE other people from making any type of bussiness with this company.

So 4 years ago this gentleman had a house under our management. He wanted to sell his house and had a sales contract clause in his agreement. He was not released from the contract without paying the fees. We were able to both settle without going to court. Now the problem is the Daniel ***** signed a settle agreement under section 4 of the agreement is a confidentially clause. Filing this complaint he is in violation of the agreement. ****** **** *** ****** **** ********* ** **** * ***** **** ** **** **** ******* **** Thank you.

Our HOA had a contract with this company until November 1, 2022. One stipulation in that contract was to pay our bills. We gave them notice that we would not be renewing their contract. Our Duke energy bill was on autopay. According to our billing cycle, a bill was to be paid on October 27.( Now remember we were still under contract until November 1). Don Asher turned off auto- pay on October 27 prior to Duke’s withdrawal. The person who took this action on behalf of Don Asher said she did not see any bills due. Apparently, she was wrong which resulted in our power being turned off and a $ 13 reconnect fee charged the HOA. This action breached our contract and caused our HOA an added expense. Yes, the amount is minor, but it becomes a matter of principle. A contract should be followed and if not consequences should follow. This was not the first time bills were not paid or services not provided, for example we also had our pool closed by the county, eventhough repeatedly our CAM told us he had the permit and just forgot to bring it, because of not paying the permit fee. The HOA did have an additional fee, but this time because we had not given notice of not renewing we were reimbursed by Don Asher.

While it was true that we turned off the auto pay several days prior to the end of our contract, the service was not turned off until several weeks into the Sentry's contract (mid Nov) which caused the fee to incur. If Sentry had switched all vendors over on Nov. 1 at the start of their contract, this would have never occurred. In addition we paid two of their electric bills that Sentry missed after they left because their bank account was still open with our bank. So in reality we saved them lots of late fees and headaches. In the beginning we had some late bills but most of those were because records not turned over to us so we didn't know about the bills, however as a company we paid the late fees when they were not our fault. but we paid those fees.

While they auto was turned off on the day due, the company failed to fulfill its obligation. I believe contracts are set for a given period of time and are to be followed til the end day. Our relationship with Sentry has nothing to do with Don Asher’s contract breach. As for other bills not being paid, I find it funny because as an example our Internet had been paid by Don Asher one month and then not the next. Apparently they did know about it. Another example is the pool permit where the had months before it was due, kept telling us they had it until the pool was closed by the county.
