    I had an sales agreement to replace my windows and I was verbally told in person at the time the agreement was made they would be installed by the end of march/2022 they were not delivered as promised at the time specified. I called them at the end of March/2022 to discuss why they were not delivered at time they initially said, and their reply was they have not heard from the manufacturers and to which I asked "when will they will arrive? "to which they replied hopefully by the 3rd or 4th week of April/2022. At the end of April/2022 I called them again and they said they are going to check with the manufactures when they will be delivered. I again called them on May/04, I asked to speak to one of the managers and was told they are busy and we will send them your message. I spoke to my credit card company I explained the situation and they said something dose not look well, if you want to dispute the amount you have to do it with in 90 days from the time the payment was made. One of the owners reached out by email on May/05 explaining he has reached out to the manufacture for a more exact delivery date and for a discount on my order due to the delay which will be applied to the customer (me). However, due to extensive delays with the order, no firm and exact dates for when this would be complete, and because of the extensive time spent seeking a solution I decided to dispute this with the credit card company. I replied via e-mail that steps have been taken with the credit card company and I lodge a complaint via BBB. The reply I received was quote, "Great copying my attorney here. See you in court" and a follow-up e-mail by the other owner, "Jason please spare no expense". I am an 81 year old man who is on fixed income, retired, and have severe health issues and these last statements, while they may not have been intended this way, it made me feel very threatened and, quite possibly, scared.
