      I need to speak to someone concerning my stay . I booked this reservation through Tripster. I had to pay an additional $200 once I arrived at the resort on 4/9/23. I had to request a room change due to cleanliness. The apartment I got was a little cleaner however the changed was a downgrade in size and what I paid for. The second room was a constant issue with insects( spiders, ants and caterpillars) I have pictures!!!!! My daughter contracted pink eye as well because obviously linens were not clean!!! I was forced to endure these conditions as I was out of $2100 for this horrible and unsanitary accommodation. Please contact me as soon as possible. The duration of my stay was 4/9/23 through 4/13/23. I have attached proof of the aftermath of staying at vista cay. What I do not have is a picture of the spider on pillow case in master bedroom, Ants throughout the apartment and two caterpillars. Due to reactivity of just trying to GET THE BUGS OUT!!! Obviously I have attached enough proof to show I am not fabricating any of my complaints. When I requested the first room change the desk staff informed me that the room I was switched too was the only option available which is why I endured the conditions!!!

      I have attached a video and pictures to this request. I did attach these sans documents to the original complaint. In addition I would like to add that tripster’s resolution manager has been trying to reach out to this company for over a month to no resolve. They were directed to contact William or David by email who has yet to respond to the numerous requests.
