    I dined at the *************** On the Border location on December 26th, 2024 early afternoon. The service and food was excellent & we had a wonderful experience. However, I just looked at my bank statement and it appears that I was significantly overcharged for my meal and did not match the receipt I signed.Our order consisted of (2) Glasses of Altitude Project Chardonnay (Large), One Diet Coke, Signature Queso and the Chicken Flautas. Our order totalled around $64 and I left a $13 tip for our wonderful waitress.However, when I was checking my bank account, a charge of $165.68 posted. I tried to call the restaurant and speak to them about this but no one answers the phone or returns my messages. I have also emailed them & have not received a response yet.

    My went to the one on **** ***** **** ******* ** *****. We ordered the lunch cyd combo 2 3 no beverage $0.00 2 bean burrito ($13.49 ) $ 26.98 Total $58.21 We want our money back.we got very sick on the food and the food didn't taste good. We are on oxygen and we are a disabled couple.and the lady was seating by my husband and said something smells.we called the restaurant and no one answered. .we just want our money back. Resolution,we want our money back.we don't want a gift card.becuse the food made us sick.thank you.

    My husband went to the location on ********************** springs in ******* ******* *****. He ordered two bean and cheese burritos and two tacos . He sat there and a middle aged lady said something smells. We called the location and no one is answering the phone. It is rude that they are not answering when they don't know who is on the line. We spent $58.21 dollars but we want$58.21 dollars because they are being rude and for the lady. And we are sick. My husband threw up and we had the poops and the two bags of chips didn't taste good. We had two things of salsa and it doesn't taste good. We want our money back. We don't want any more food from them. Resolution, we want our money back. Thank you

    On the border sent out a buy one get free entree online coupon,after we were finished eating and ready to pay,the waiter said that on the border location doesn't honor any corporate coupons,I refused too pay full price,so when the waiter realized I was not a pushover,he said he will talk to the manager,5 minutes later he came back and reluctantly gave us the deal ,I demand that corporate have a talk with the owner of this location about their shady practises ( on the border,********** **** ** *** *************
