      Ordered a bunch of food for my family and I got nachos. I asked for no pico or guac and I paid extra for more jalapeños and sour cream. Unfortunately I didn't get any sauce or queso or anything else it was supposed to come with. If I knew what my food would have looked like after paying just $12 for mine alone I would have chosen somewhere else to go. I am very disappointed.

      I ordered a pitcher and the server whose name is ******** stated she could not bring the pitcher to the table but it fills 4 cups total. The server ******** proceeded to bring me 2 cups only and refused to bring me the other 2 cups she indicated came with the pitcher. I spoke with ******** when she came to the table and she ignored my concern and walked away in an unprofessional manner. Thus I am requesting the $14.99 I paid for the pitcher since I did not receive the full service as indicated by the server Mckenzie.this occurred on June 17, 2022 at the millers ale house 1471 rockville pike, rockville, md 20852 at 4:02 PM

We explained our local policy in Rockville, MD regarding liquor pitchers being unable to be on the table. These pitchers allow 2 - 16oz glasses or 4 - 8 oz glasses from a pitcher.       On 12/26/2021 my husband and I ordered Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo, Mini Tx Nachos & a Zingers Mountain Melt through the Miller ale house app. We did curb side pickup and when we got home the food was absolutely disgusting, cold & raw. The food wasn't even fully cooked. It was not edible at all. I have submitted numerous complaints and reports via the app & website to have someone contact me regarding this problem. It has been over 10 days now and no response. My order number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Total cost amount: $48.05

She agreed and he made arrangements with her to have her order re-made, which she picked up. Although the stores general manager did contact me and issued a full refund. In addition give me a $20 gift card to miller ale house.       I placed an online order on November 20th. My total was $15.87 for an order of wings. Once I received them I checked and it was not correct. My order was for the wings to be tossed in medium buffalo sauce and garlic parmesan, this order only had garlic parmesan. I went back in to explain, a young lady asked to verify the wings by looking at them and started she "see a little orange" which implies the buffalo sauce was there. She stated she would get some more sauce. She grab the wing and headed over to the back (still in sight) next thing I know it was 4 or 5 ladies hovered over the food with the lid open breathing over something I was supposed to eat. A gentleman with white hair I think the name was Tony came over, I explained what happened and he was the manager. They offered my make the wings over but I couldn't wait another 20mins because I had another order to pick up. I asked for a refund and a young lady told me ok and I could leave it will be taking care of. I stated I didn't want to leave without confirmation of my refund. Another lady came up and said she can do it later but she didn't have time then to do it. Then I asked for the gentleman Tony to come back, he attempted to start my refund and said give it to Monday to show. I called on Wednesday the 24th since no refund, he mentioned he remembered me and would contact corporate for my refund. Here it is the 27th and still no refund. $15 buck my not be a lot but my money is taken for food I didn't get and cause me to pick up other food that was cold and the service was poor with handling of my refund.

      We placed an online order at Miller's. When we went to pick up the order we noticed one of the items was not as described online. We asked for help and the host said she'll get the manager for us. The manager came and asked what's the problem. We explained the problem and the manager said that's not her problem. We didn't want to escalate the situation so we simply asked for a refund. The manger then raised her voice and temper and got aggressive and started asking why and what's the problem and she doesn't understand why we just can't take the food. We remained calm and asked again for a refund and explained that the item was not as described. The manger then said, "are you ******* serious". She then proceeded to grab the food look at it, throw it back into the bag and rip off the receipt and walk away. She came back 5 minutes later and said there you go and grabbed the food. We told her that we did not appreciate how she talked to us and that she was being unprofessional. She then yelled, "can you guys just get out". This is the most embarrassing thing that has even happened at any restaurant we've ever been to. And not to mention the food caused us to get sick and all the food was cold as if it was in a fridge.

      Well Wednesday night I went to the millers ale house at the tampa airport location and I ordered a salad to go I gave the cashier 100 dollar bill and she gave me back change which had a 50 dollar bill in it so this morning I went to the casino with the Same 50 dollar bill and found out that it was a counterfeit bill I have a receipt that the casino gave me on the fake bill millers basically scammed me and I tried to call them but they act like they can't do nothing they need to roll them cameras back and see how they gave me this fake money I'm very upset about this situation I was very embarrassed the time I came in was between 8 to 830pm

We haven't been given any additional information by the guest to investigate further, so we are left with no other alternative but to consider the matter to be closed.

      Today 10/10/2021 I order a Bacon cheeseburger and fries to have deliver to me through Doordash. When my food arrive the burger was almost raw. Just take a look at the photo I took just awful. I tried calling in to the store which is the Winterpark village location and no one will answer the phone for me to talk to a manager.

      I placed a take out/pick up order at the Rockville, MD location. As you can see from the receipt attached I ordered a well done cheeseburger. When I got back to my hotel, my burger was rare. I threw it out. It's unfortunate that in trying to support restaurants during the pandemic, large takeout orders are consistently getting whatever the kitchen decides to provide. The odds of the customer returning once home are slim to none. Please refund the amount for the burger.
