We hired Universal Roof & Contracting to fix a leak in the front lobby of our business, a crucial area where customers come through. At the time, we had two leaksone in a storage room and another in the lobbybut we focused on fixing the lobby leak first. The company quoted us and assured us the project manager would stay in communication and meet us on the start day. However, only the workers arrived, and no project manager showed up. There was no communication from the company while they worked, and we didnt hear anything until they sent us an invoice stating the job was complete.Concerned, we had one of our staff members inspect the roof, and they found that only half of it had been coated. We immediately informed the company, and they returned to coat the entire roof. Unfortunately, after a few days, the lobby leak continued. When we called them back, they inspected the roof again and said the leak was coming from somewhere else, and there was nothing more they could do.We explained that the whole reason we hired them was based on their initial assessment that coating the roof would solve the issue. Despite paying a significant amount, the leak persists, and they have done nothing to resolve the situation. We feel we were overcharged for a service that failed to fix the problem.,

5 starsWhen it comes to a roof replacement, Solatube install, chimney rebuild/paint, chimney cover / cap replacement, & gutter install, my ******** absolutely recommend Universal Roof & Contracting (URC) to do/oversee the work!Our initial impression was that URC was too big of a brand to want to serve our needs. Now, based on our recent experience, we were left w/the impression that the *** team ultimately seeks opportunities to provide households exceptional personal service they just happen to use *********************************************** as a means to do so.If we had to summarize URC in 3-phrases: Customer-focused, Value-added service provider, ****************** closing, we had a very positive experience w/URC, especially given all the work we had done. It serves as an example of how everyone at URC impressively carries & executes the same mission & high standards its founder has lived by & established for his company many years ago. This is a review of the behavior of the service work employees and drivers performed at on June 27, 2024, in ******** *****. The drivers speed through the residential neighborhood was so excessive that while turning onto an extremely short culdesac, the driver lost control of the rear end of the truck spinning the tires through the turn in front of two residents that were outside, one of which was walking in the street not 50 ft from the aggressive driving. The rate of speed and driving behavior is unlawful and puts the residents of the community in ***** way. If the employees cant follow simple road rules to ensure the safety of the communities they are working in, then they shouldnt be performing the work period.Universal Roof & Contracting

5 starsI just did a roof replacement on my townhouse in ************. ******* ********************* was excellent to work with. He advised us before any additional work was needed and let us know the price. All men that worked on my home were on time and very thorough. **** was finished in the time I was told and looks beautiful. 5 starsUniversal removed our tile roof and replaced it with a standing seam metal roof and we could not be happier with the process, communication, quality, professionalism, price and follow-up. 5 starsFrom the video introduction by Robert Collins, who would be coming to inspect the roof and give me the estimate, to the email updates from Olga Campos and "What to Expect" letter along with calls from the project manager, Spencer, I was always in the loop. I have never felt such concern for the customer in a very long time. There was never any question about this being handled by a VERY professional team. I did not have a big project; it is just a small house and they got it all done in one day before the rain came. The roof and repairs that they did are so well done. I appreciate the great workmanship and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.Review from[email protected]

Disappointed in past roof workmanship which caused a lot of flashing leaks, I did a lot of research on what all is needed when reroofing your home. Checked many reviews. Got 3 quotes, discussed the quotes with each of the 3 companies and found that Universal Roof & Contracting was the most professional and trust worthy. I have not been disappointed so far.Universal Roof & Contracting
