    Screens by Marvin was contacted in 2022 for a tear down and reconstruction of a porch. Contract was completed 4/14/2023 . Deposit of $15000 was paid 6/6/2023 when the existing porch was removed. Cement flooring was completed 6/19/23. Since this time there have been multiple delays. Construction did not start until November 2, 2023. Since roofing completed at that time multiple messages as to leaks have been sent and as of today there are still leaks and the room is not completed. Windows are in crooked, there are gaps where metal was not measured and cut correctly, kick plate to outer wall has huge gaps that bow out allowing critters in, caulking all has not been completed and where it has been done it is done so poorly it looks terrible. When messaged/called it is always a "we are waiting on.." as to why nothing is being done or they are at another job. This room should have been completed months ago but the contractor is taking on new contracts and going to do those jobs over finishing this one. I have paid $15,000 and then $7693 in November as "things were going to be wrapped up". yet when I ask for things to be completed supplies have not been ordered. There have been issues with the concrete for which I have repeatedly asked for the receipt with non-provided. Called the sub-contractor used and got the run around. Met with Marvin and his wife January 14, 24, (Marvin came using a ******) and it was stated things would be done that week and all that was done was the dog door installed Jan 17, 24 (Marvin arrived walking without ****** and did the installation himself getting down to the floor) yet it was agreed leaks would be fixed, dog door installed, insulated kickplates installed, window fixed (some s**** added but windows still are crooked), caulking completed, and multiple other things fixed. Nothing is being completed after several messages and still get an answer of supplies need to be ordered. So what was my money paid spent on?

    On 4/4/22 i contracted with Screens by Marvin to seal my patio roof. Amount paid was $500.00. As stated: Screens by Marvin was to seal leaks in my patio roof. I was told that the job would be guaranteed not to leak for 10 years. (First Rain (5/16/22), 1 month after job was done my roof leaked. All 7 seams still leaking. Mr Marvin came out 2x to repair leaks with no success. I set him videos of roof leaking. He became irate and has since fail to return any of my calls. I have attempted to contact him 8 time to no avail. The invoice, we signed has no invoice number but it on company job stationary. I will supply a copy if needed. Please help me resolve this issue. I have lost all confidence in Screens by Marvin, he either can't do the job or he flatly refuse to even and won't even talk with me about a resolution. I have lost $500.00 and feel that I have been totally taken advantage of.
