10/20/22 signed a contract to have both screen doors replaced, replace existing astragal with a new one, replace hinges and door hardware (including sweeps), screen in new doors with 20 x 20 screen. Cost $767.00 and I gave a deposit of $383.50 with balance due upon completion. Was on the schedule for October 15th between 9 -11. I called office at 12:30 and Tiffany said yes, I see you on schedule, but astragal is not in yet. No one bothered to tell me this. Then scheduled for the 18th. 18th came and went, and they were a no show. See my email where I asked Tiffany at 3:46 to re-schedule as they were a no show. You will see a mean email I wrote asking for a supervisor to call me which of course never happened. Now scheduled for the 22nd. 22nd they did show up took old doors off but could not put new doors on because they were missing parts. They then took new doors off and put old doors back on. Now scheduled for 29th, 29th 3 workers showed up. They did take off old doors and put new doors on. They had trouble lining up the doors properly and drilled many holes in the main frame on both sides. Neither door is lined up right still and the right door pops when you open it. They put a nut and bolt into the threshold instead of as flat screw. Looks awful, not to mention that's not how you do it. They only had one sweep with them when they needed two. 29th at 4:30 PM-my brother came over after work and said it is a mess. And this is the worse part. They took the astragel out of my OLD DOOR and put it in the NEW DOOR and then left with the new part I had paid for!! The entire job is a mess!! I would like my $383.50 returned to me. I am calling a different screen company today to see if they can repair everything correctly. A-Screen repair will have to pay for the charge of putting 2 new frames on-since there are so many holes in them now. They can have their 2 new doors back once I get it fixed. Very unhappy customer.
