      1/9/2023 the invoice was sent via email and paid. Delivery of the product was received a few days later. I did not have a chance to put the magnetic signs on the auto for about a week due to inclement weather. I went to put the signage on my vehicle, a 2019 Ford F150, on 1/17/2023 and the magnetic signs would not stick. I had washed and dried the vehicle so dust and road grime would not be an issue. I called the company immediately and spoke with Alan. Explained what happened and he proceeded to tell me that the signs will not stick to aluminum and that my F150 is aluminum. I stated "how would I know that?" and "said that nothing on his site has any mention of this". He stated he would issue me a partial refund the next day but would not refund the full amount for the magnetic signs. I asked why his site did not inform the potential buyer and the response was that he didn't know what we were putting it on, maybe a trailer or something else and that magnets don't stick to aluminum, only metal (periodic table does state aluminum is a metal). Like I should have known that. So this seems like a very deceptive business practice. I asked again why he didn't put anything on the website and he just kept stating that the newer vehicles are going to aluminum. So I said all the more reason to state the fact. I also purchased yard signage of which I am not asking for a refund, only the car signs.

      On 10/05/2022 I was billed $590.00 for 100 full color double sided 24x18" coroplast yard signs by JustYardSigns.com, a BBB associated business, which influenced my decision to use them. They were also to ship me 100 yard sign holders, and free shipping was included in the purchase. Here is an email dated the 4th from Mr. L**. Alan L** To:*********** Tue, Oct 4 at 10:17 AM ****** RECEIVED! We will charge your CC THIS afternoon and send an email with a confirmation Note: None of the yard signs and none of the yard sign holders have been delivered. Beginning with my request on 10/5/2022 for an estimated delivery date, I followed up with a request for an update on the 7th. My last email contact attempt is below. ********************* To:Alan L** Mon, Oct 17 at 3:32 PM Dear Alan, It's been almost two weeks since my debit card was charged. The yard signs have still not been delivered. Have they been printed and shipped? If so, can you please tell me where they are? If they have not been printed and shipped will you please refund my payment to my First Citizens account? Thank you, *********** ************ The payment was made via my***************** Credit Union debit card, no reply at all. I left voice mail messages asking for an update on 10/07/2022, 10/12/2022 and 10/13/2022. I have also called at least twice and hung up without leaving a message. I've attempted to send text messages, but I don't know if his phone takes text messages. My debit card went through a service called "DocHub".       1. On 08-07-2022, I called Alan at Just Yard Signs and told him what I wanted. He sent me a proof and I told him the proof looked fine. He sent me an invoice. I told him that because of the shipping mess problems last time, I would wait until Monday to pay so that they would ship my order on Monday instead of into the weekend. He promised me if I paid then, that he would make sure the product ordered would not go out until Monday and said I could pay then and he was making a note to wait to ship on Monday. I said ok and so, relying on his promise of waiting until Monday to ship, I paid. On Friday, 08-08-2022, I get an e-mail from******* regarding them, saying the shipment was going out on ***** on Friday 08-08-2022 and expected delivery on Sunday, 08-10-2022. He knew I am closed on weekends and do not accept shipments on weekends hence his promise to wait to ship on Monday, 08-11-2022. He breached his promise so I cancelled the order, though I had a difficult time doing so. I finally received a response from him on 08-08-2022 at 5:34 pm agreeing to the cancellation and him promising to refund my payment. On 08-09-2022, I contacted my credit card company and the credit card company said no refund was issued at that time so I filed a complaint and dispute with my credit card company. To my knowledge, he has not refunded my credit card the $115 payment I made for the product, based on the conditions promised. He lied to me by promising he would not ship until Monday, then turned aroundcand shipped on Friday. So that was a lie. And he said he would refund my payment that very day, yet he did not, so that, too was a lie. He needs to now send proof that he has finally refunded my entire amount of $115. Other than him shipping incorrectly, I would have continued doing business with him, but I cannot do business with a liar and gaslighter.

Merchant lied making promise apparently not intended to be kept. 2. I agreed to make the purchase conditional on Merchant not shipping til Monday since my BUSINESS ( not home) is closed on weekends and after 6 pm. 3. 04-08-2022.I cancelled tge order immediately when I found Merchant breached his promise to me. 4. Merchant stated he would cancel and send me a full refund that afternoon (04-08-2012). 5. Merchant lied. I had to file a stop payment order through my credit card against Merchant because Merchant did not refund my payment. 6. 6. Merchant refused to respond to BBB case and BBB closed tge case in favor of complainant and against Merchant due to Merchant refusing to respond in timely manner. 7. Merchant refused to respond to my credit card's contact with Merchant, so credit card closed tge case in,my favor against Merchant. Merchsnt lied and the proof is documented. The merchant lied to get the order. 2. The merchant lied when he was caught in his lie. 3. The merchant then lied and said he would refund my money that afternoon but he did not. 4. The merchant now lies saying he processed the refund when he never responded to numerous refund requests and the credit card company finally, after reviewing all of the evidence and noting that the merchant failed to respond, the credit card company forced the chargeback due to his violation of the statutes of fraud. 5. The evidence shows that the merchant refused to respond to multiple opprtunities offered to merchant by BBB to respond. 6. Finally, after BBB closed their case due to the evidence presented and the merchant refusing to respond to numerous BBB queries re this matter, then the merchant finally responded by again,lying even more. 7. Apparently, the only reason why merchant finally responded by lying some more was probably because otherwise, merchant would lose his accreditation and he would prob lose his membership status. 8. Merchant should have done tgevright thing to begin with and apologized for his negligence and lack of respect,, but apparently, merchant instead tried to validate himself narcissistically rather tgan admitting and apologizing for doing wrongly. Narcissists don't apologize, though because they don't like to admit they are liars and wrongdoers. I am done with that merchant. I am finished with this matter. Thanks to the BBB, the merchant's dishonesty has been flushed out into the open by his very own hand. The only satisfactory resolution would be if tge merchant actually apologized for his creating this whole matter to begin with by not being honest. Simple.

      Ordered 100 two-sided yard signs on 3/21/22 for $485 and paid in full. Signs arrived on 3/25/21 and were only one-sided. I sent emails on 3/25, 3/28, and 3/29 notifying them of the issue with no response. I also called twice but got the same automated voice mail directing me to use email. The email thread that I uploaded specifically identifies and reinforces that the signs were to be two-sided. While placing the order, email communication was quick and frequent but once I notified them of a problem they have been totally unresponsive. These signs are for a political campaign with an election date in May so resolution time lag is very important. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed in their lack of response.
