In June 2021 I hired Invictus 12 LLC to install new soffits and rain gutters to my home. Rain gutters are in front. Several months later I discovered that the downspout on the front of the house was improperly installed causin water to undermine the brick pavers and my front walkway, it was discovered when I cut down two bushes to have the house painted. There is now a hole where the pavers have collapsed causing the water to go under them and my front walkway, causing the foundation from it to be washed away and h=it collapsing. I called Mr. Andra S**** immediately and he asked for photos which I sent him. He sent the gutter installer out to fix the downspout, putting it where it should have been. The installer looked at the damage and admitted it was caused by the improper downspout and water intrusion and that Mr. S**** would be out to look at it and get repairs down. Mr. S**** has not been out and said the damages was not caused by the downspout and water. I have had three other contractors look at it and they have all said it was. I told Mr. S**** his installer admitted the damage was caused by his work. The last contact I had from him was he was working on it. I have reached out to him several time with no results. I told him I was filing a complaint with you the state and the news media. I have attached picture, as the damage has gotten worse, one picture shows the dirt from under my walkway. It would not have gotten worse has Mr. S**** had the repairs done. The collapsed walkway is a safety hazard now.
