    Chad came for the annual inspection today and was very thorough and efficient. He told me that the emergency brake has a 3 year lifespan and that he would replace it today but I had him wait since the chair is working just fine. He was extremely patient courteous and friendly. Thank you!

    John was very efficient and certainly knew what he was doing. He worked quickly and had everything well in order when he was finished. He explained what he had done and I appreciated his clarity.

    Chad was prompt and efficient. He kept in touch with me and let me know what he was doing when he got here and the results that he discovered. He did an inspection on my stairlift and replaced the batteries. Very pleased with him and Acorn.

    Chad did a very good job today. He ia the best technician that has ever came to my house. I've never received better respect and customer service from this man. I'd recommend Chad to anyone!

    Chad came to my house after calling me early this morning and notified me he would be coming today. He called again when he was a half hour away. He cane the day that he promised. I'm very happy with his service and I enjoy the starlift thoroughly to reach my basement. I'd recommend Chad to anybody.
