I moved my parents out of a storage unit at the disclosed location on 02/08/2022. I received a call from the assistant manager who refused to identify herself then she preceded to give a fictitious name about the storage unit being "dirty." I asked her to please describe what she is seeing in the storage building and let me know my duties/fees at moving out if the unit needed to be cleaned. She was unable to provide any information about the state of the unit nor would she provide a picture documenting what was left in the unit. I've reached out to her many times about proper documentation about the state of the unit and have not been able to get any information. She has called me and my father numerous times to harass us about paying a "cleaning fee" but refused to disclose an amount, a way to pay the fee or an invoice. I was told I could come in person, pay in cash, but I still have not received an invoice or documentation about the charges. She has threatened both of us stating she is turning us into a collection agency if we do not come to pay the fee. She refuses to provide a copy of a written lease so I can see what the responsibilities and fees are at moving out. She refuses to let me speak to the manager of the property but continues to harass my father and me for money. I am concerned this is a scam to extort money from us because she refuses to provide any documentation or invoice or give her name. Furthermore, my account says I paid $256 dollars on February 5, 2022, for my unit, however, my credit card bill has been charged for $320 in January and February. I want to know what the discrepancy is between my invoice and my credit card charge. Again, I can not get the store manager's information so I am unaware if she knows about the issues with the assistant manager. I am hoping to pay my fee, have proper documentation and clear communication, and avoid being turned into a collection agency. We have not been given the opportunity to pay the fee.

I put in a 10 day notice to vacate in November 2021 and the manager called me twice and said she will put in my notice in before the 5th. I believe it was Morgan, that I spoke too. She said, "everything is fine and you do not owe in money for the month of December." She said her computers were down but will put it in when they came back up. She called me a few days later when her computer was working again and said I put in your notice. But I received a call December 6th saying I was late on my storage. I was like what are you talking about. I am moving out and the storage manager said that I didn't have to pay for December. The rude woman said you do have to pay. I told her I would call corporate. She wouldn't give me their number. She said google it. I called corporate and left a voicemail but they haven't called me back yet. Now they want me to pay around $183. That's crazy! I put another 10 day notice to vacate today 12-8-2021. I am moving this weekend. That's not right that they went back on their word. They are charging me for the month of December plus a late fee. I want a refund....And another thing. When I moved my things into the storage. My movers showed me a hole in a wall. I have to check on my things frequently to make sure nobody stolen anything or no rodents was in my things. And the door was always hard to lock. They said they were going to fix the door but never did.
