    Two tickets were pre-purchased on 3/9/23 for a 6PM showtime on 4/5/23. On 4/4, after encountering two instances of shows I booked being cancelled on me at the theater, I looked at their online system to see if the 6PM showing was still there. It was not. I called and confirmed that it was cancelled. I then attempted to use the refund link on the ticket to get my money back ($34.46). The refund link didn't work. Since then I have gone to the theater and been refused a refund, and told to contact corporate if I wanted my money back. I have reached out via email, the "contact" page on their website, their social media, and even by phone. NO reply. It is as if the theater chain is running itself with no actual leadership or customer service. To be clear, this was brought on because I had two pre-booked shows cancelled that I didn't learn about until I got to the theater. No contact was sent out, no automatic refunds were issued, as would be standard in cases of a cancellation. As of today 4/19/23 I have heard nothing and feel like I've been robbed.
