      More than 3 years ago I entered an agreement with Primo to exit my timeshare. They have proven to me that I was thoroughly scamed out of thousands of dollars. Nothing changed. Money back guarantee has enough loop holes to avoid refunds. No progress and minimal communication

      Thank you for your feedback. ************************ authorized his account to be transferred to a reputable law firm at PMGs expense. The law firm has attempted to maintain contact with ************************ with minimal success. Management sent several pieces of communication to ************************ concerning communication and the terms he agreed to regarding the transfer. Again, at no additional cost to ************************. Any delays ************************ has experienced are due to his lack of wanting to mutually settle his timeshare ownership with the resort to seek out an option that would allow him to exit without any further fees paid. We have provided our experienced advocacy services to ensure that in spite of this decision ************************ received the most amicable option available. Regrettably, any release options will be at the resorts discretion and they require a one time fee to finalize the release. These are not PMGs terms but the terms laid out by the resort he is an owner with. This has been explained on several occasions. We take all claims and concerns seriously. Mr. *********** claims here are false. He is not eligible for a refund. If ************************ has any further questions or concerns we have advised him to contact his assigned attorney via email or phone for further assistance. We appreciate the opportunity to discuss these concerns and seek to resolve these matters as mutually as possible. Thank you!

      Im not satisfied with this service. I have waited the three years that Primo Manage Group has in there contract. I have been waiting for my refund since 2022. I always get the run around every time I call. Im still to this day waiting on my call back. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone I care for or anyone I dont care for.

We have adequately provided services for three years and were successful in obtaining a mutual release option for your account that required a one time settlement fee to your resort, which is outlined in our agreement as a possibility to obtain the termination of your ownership. You declined this option and we continued to service your account for a non-payment option which your resort was not willing to provide for your acocunt. At which time you attempted to cancel our services at the end of 2023. You were notified that we were experiencing unforeseen issues and that we are working to resolve these issues in a timely manner. Our Finance Team has been responsive to every email and phone call. Please understand that we are working to resolve this matter amicably as you agreed to do as well in the release agreement you executed and returned to us.       We are SO relieved to be free of the timeshare financial burden.we are unable to travel now, but the fees and assessments kept increasing,Thanks SOoo much to PMG for terminating our timeshare!

      Primo has been a great asset to me. They communicated and worked successfully with my timeshare to terminate my contract. They communicated with me throughout the process. The timeshare did not make the process easy but primo persevered. the process was lengthy but well worth the time and effort.

      Overall, the process was good. ******** was easy to work with and responsive to questions and concerns. I am glad to be finished and out of a time share that I did not use. I would recommend Primo to others.

      They stayed in regular contact with me and had follow up appointments. It did take some time and the end result was good. Very friendly and the associates I worked with seemed to care.
