      I want to thank Primo for getting me released from my timeshare at the Flagship in *************. The timeshare had really become a yearly nuisance as the maintenance fees kept increasing yearly. I purchased the timeshare in 2002 and the maintenance fees were $350,. Well this year it was over $900. Totally ridiculous. Getting rid of the yearly bill will definitely go a long way towards helping me to have a happy retirement. Thanks Primo!

      I was very pleased with Primo Management Group. Each individual I worked with was pleasant, helpful and professional. The process was very long, but their communication was excellent I especially want to commend ******* She was steadfast and always willing to go that extra step. She is definitely an asset to the company and deserves to be rewarded and promoted for her dedication. She was especially, friendly, helpful, empathetic and knowledgeable. I am relieved to have had the assistance in getting out of the timeshare nightmare! I would highly recommend ****** and the Primo Management Group to anyone needing this type of assistance!

      I signed Primo Management Group **** (address, *************************************** Ste 202, PMB 1293, *******, FL *****) on Nov 2020, over 4 years ago, with the assurance they would get me released from my timeshare. They guaranteed that I would get my $3,000 back should they not successfully get me released within 3 years. With such a guarantee, why would I not sign up with PMG, right? Little did I know that 3 yr timeframe allots them time to figure out how to scam me out of my money and not REMIT MY REFUND. In the beginning they answered my calls and emails promptly. They made me feel extremely confident that they would get me released from my timeshare. They even encouraged me to check them out on the BBB or some other site they encouraged me to look into them on prior to signing up. I was bamboozled and fell victim to not only the "WR" timeshare I'd purchased, but also to the company that was to HELP ME GET OUT of that horrible contract. I'd already loss over $4k dealing with another company that claimed to be able to get me out of the same timeshare, I even expressed concern, hesitation, and reluctant to the PMG representative, because of my previous experience, she assured me that they were legit, they had helped thousands of people get out of their timeshares, and they will definitely help me get out of ********* forward to year 2 my credit score tanked due to being instructed to not make payments on my timeshare. Not making payment would support their efforts in getting me out. Fast forward to year 3, Dec. 2023. I submitted a notice of cancellation on 12/2/2023. I completed the release from the agreement on 12/14/2023 and received the PMG General Release Settlement Agreement form stating that $3000 would be remitted to me due to not being satisfied with their services, got it notarized and sent back. Because they breached the agreement, I had to reconcile with the timeshare and start back making payments. Today is Jan 10, 2025, STILL NO REFUND. They're STILL backlogged!

      First and foremost, PMG has not scammed Mrs. ******** out of a refund. Our team worked diligently to secure a mutual release option on her behalf. As we have consistently communicated, all release options are ultimately at the discretion of the resort. In this case, Mrs. ********** resort has determined that they will not terminate the ownership without the required processing fee.PMG continued servicing her account to negotiate a more reasonable termination option due to the excessive costs presented by the resort, particularly regarding the outstanding mortgage balance. All required submissions were made on Mrs. ********** behalf; however, her resort maintained that these fees were mandatory to process a mutual release.Mrs. ******** was informed, both through our contract and multiple conversations with our Specialists, of the possibility of adverse credit actions by her resort if she chose to cease payments. PMG does not encourage clients to stop making payments but understands that financial hardships may arise. In such cases, we navigate the process with the clients unique situation in ******* previously communicated, there are still viable options available to fully absolve Mrs. ******** of her timeshare ownership. However, Mrs. ******** has opted to reinstate her ownership with the resort after canceling our services. At this time, there is no further action required on her account.Her refund has been fully approved, and our Finance Team will be reaching out to her directly to discuss the updated timeline for processing. While we acknowledge there have been delays, all refund requests are being processed in the order they were received.If Mrs. ******** has any additional questions or concerns, we encourage her to contact our offices directly. We are available Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We remain committed to resolving this matter promptly and to Mrs. ********** ***************** regards,

      Positive outcome. Finally completely released from my timeshare. It took a long time but it was worth it to know that I'm starting the new year without having to devote any of my brain or actual time to thinking about this or dealing with it. Would definitely recommend
