    SCAMMERS....First that are not recognized by the BBB so that should tell you enough. I paid for my education on this one. I paid almost $2000 in 2022 to sell my Wyndham Timeshare in a VERY POPULAR AREA. **** ****** and **** ******** NEVER returned multiple phone calls in the last 3 years. They said they would call me once a month with an update and on every offer that is made. They never called me once. The only time they will reach out to you is when they wan't you to lower your selling price. They somehow were able to call almost daily until I paid them. Since then I've called numerous times and the secretary every time says they both are busy and I will recieve a call back which never happened. The "customer service" **** act like they care but they truely don't. Once they have your money they are done with you. I even lowered my selling price and still nothing after broken promises. Don't make the same mistake I did, there is no money back guarantee as I requested full refund and was denied. I'm not even sure they are showing my property. I have looked at their website multiple times before and didnt see my listing at all but when confronted about it they are like oh well its because its on this other website, its a site only accessible to them not the public. If I could give a ZERO star I would.

    *** sold me on a bill of goods that their services could sell my timeshare with no problem. I put up $5000 that would be recovered after the sale. *** went through their 10 month period with no success. They then asked me to lower the price of my timeshare which I did. Now it has been over 90 days and still no sale. I have asked for *** for a full refund of my $5000. 00 and they have declined my request for a full refund.

    this company keeps badgering me about a time share I dont own! i have approximatley 5 instances asking them to take me off their list and keep getting calls!!!

    This company called me about a timeshare I had with ***, I've been trying to get out of it for some time. They showed me a formula they helped other timeshare owners get out of theirs so I took advantage of it and it worked. Thanks again *** I recommend to anyone who needs help.

    I'm pretty sure these people are a scam. My wife and I bought into the c*** their sales person was slinging and they got us. The sales *** said to price our Hilton Ownership at $25,000 and at that price it would sell in between 90 to 120 days. We paid them. They said they would call us once a month with an update and on every offer that is made. They never called us once. It has now been about a year and three months and we have reduced the price to $12,300 and we still aren't getting any offers. I'm not even sure they are showing my property. We are currently in the process of attempting to collect call logs and call recordings for a low suite we are going to file against them.

    This company is a scam. The contract stated a 10-day window to cancel, in writing. The notification needed to be via email or US postal service. I emailed every day from day 5 to day 9 and no reply. Ultimately, I disputed with my credit card company with the cancellation emails with a copy of the contract on day 9. These guys are not a legitimate company they will NOT resell your timeshare.

    I don't know people are talking about they were so helpful the staff was always kind and courteous to me and my timeshare. They are real deal , I was helped an agent resort specialist named ************ He would always calls me directly and helped me with my pass mistakes to the very end thank you ***************** I don't know what I'll do with this ownership if you didn't helped me through this ownership 10/10 God bless you!

    I paid $1,800.00 two years ago to sell my Royal Holiday Timeshare. as of this date nothing has happen dispite numerous drops in selling price and promises of "showcasting my listing", its cost me a additional $1,200.00 to keep my timeshare active the lasr 2 years, don't make the same mistake I did, there is no money back guarantee,*****************

    Fantastic job in the service of selling my timeshare. From the original time frame I was given to the actual sale of my timeshare, id say the difference was a few weeks. I received an offer I wasnt interested in and declined just for a better offer to come around a few days later. Im grateful for the assistance. Recommending to my friends
