They are horrible! Their drivers are rude and unprofessional. I used them 3 times, traveling from *********** to *******. The 2nd time I used them the driver was late and did not let me put my bag underneath the bus. He was ******* and told me to go sit down. The sad part is I wasnt even late, I was there over 30 minutes early and had to wait for the bus. The driver then sped off and hit a car! After the police came and did their investigation, the driver contacted RedCoach and even though it was his fault and the car was totaled that he hit because he was *******, they let him continue to drive to ******* anyway. This 3rd and last time that I used them my bus ticket said 12:30am for departure. I got to the bus at 12:13am. The bus driver was standing outside the bus waiting and as soon as I walked up to him he started yelling and cursing at me. Saying when he calls me that I need to answer my phone. First of all, he texted me around 10pm and the only thing he texted me was I am the bus driver. I was confused and texted back Ok. The driver texted back a thumbs up emoji. What kind of foolishness is that?! And how was I supposed to know who he was calling me? He told me at the bus that he shouldnt let me get on the bus! Excuse me! I wasnt late and the scheduled departure time was 12:30am. I had to drive from ***** and when I tracked the bus it said arrival time was 12:25am. How was he not going to let me ride when I already purchased my ticket and wasnt late? The RedCoach company need to thoroughly screen their bus drivers and have a camera on the bus so they can monitor them. I will NOT use them again!Red Coach, Inc. Response

My trip from the city I was visiting to where I was connecting to another bus was plagued with many issues. The bus' late arrival by a few minutes was understandable, but getting to a further stop, the bus was already running 10+ minutes late. This was the 3rd out of 4 stops total I was taking, but their driver sat at that stop for nearly 30 minutes, ultimately getting me to my connection city over an hour late, and causing me to miss the final connection of the night. RedCoach essentially forced me to either find a way to get money for a hotel for the night and train the next day, or sleep on the street. A day or two later, I spoke with their customer service to submit a claim for all the costs they made me accrue due to their lack of on-time performance, and it was that customer service ***** whom advised me I would get a resolution within 7 business days. After those 7 business days, they then said it would actually take 7-20 business days, but they would "escalate it to a higher manager". Each subsequent call, there was no update, but they would always claim to escalate to a manager or superior department. I got tired on one call and asked for the ***** they were escalating it to, and surprisingly, there was no way to speak to them over the phone. I asked that they contact me the next business day by a specific hour, and the call never came. I also asked for a supervisor, but they claimed they don't have any.AVOID REDCOACH AT ALL COSTS!!Red Coach, Inc. Response

This company RedCoach is the worst i've ever seen. My daughter was booked to leave *************** for ****** but was delayed 3 times, then finally they skipped location and headed straight to ******. There were about 20 students stranded and didn't know what to do. We had to come pick her up. I would never use this company again and definitely wouldn't refer to anyone. Scheduled a trip to leave at 1230pm. At ******, they send an email stating that the ride has been cancelled and I was moved to 415pm. I wont get to where Im going until after 8pm. The wedding I was going to? Starts at 630. Guess Im missing it.Review from Annette M

I arrived on time only to have the tracked key me know that the bus was over an hour late. I was fine with that. I waited. Then, the tracker went off line and came back saying that the bus left. **************** is not helpful in the least. Regardless of policy, this situation warrants a refund.Review from Lola B

I’d prefer to give NEGATIVE 5 stars instead. The customer service is not there. I purchased a bus ticket thru red coach. When I arrived to the given location 10 minutes prior to departure, there was no bus. ( also paid $22 for parking in a lot) When I call right at departure I was told that the bus would be there in about 15 minutes and to wait by the Starbucks across the street ( which was not directions given during or after purchase). Called back 15 minutes later due to no bus they told me they have left. After 15 minutes on the call, she ends up hanging up. I call back and the “gentleman” let me know it was my fault that I did not find the bus. Firstly the bus was not labeled on a busy Austin TX street, secondly no bus number is given just a service number which do not correlate, thirdly the bus was on the other side of the street at a Starbucks with a different address! Yet I’ve been told over and over that it was at the correct address. Lastly I talked to a rep who said he can get me in a bus the next evening, which wouldn’t work as I had a funeral at 11 am ( also this was mentioned multiple times and they could care less that this was all for me to get to loved ones during a death in the family. Just heartless feeling from them). When asked to speak with supervisor I was told I cannot and must send an email. Which I did and got one response repeating what the rep told me. And I replied back and they still have yet to reach back out. NO SOLUTION WAS GIVEN. No voucher not even an apology, they think they are correct, and when I sent proof of info they email they can’t seem to reply back. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Take your money and run kind of people. So I’m out the parking fee, bus ticket, as well as money used to use a car and towards gas there and back.Review from doris g

Dorie Green I am a 75 year old woman who spent 7 hours in an underground garage at a bus stop at fsu saturday,because of your actions!! first of all we were an hour early,but got there 5 minutes late,because there was a big game,and all the roads to the stop blocked..we called them,and asked them to please contact the driver and have them wait 5 mis..as we pulled up,he was on his wait out!!They said next bus,7 hours away,this sick old woman sat on a metal bench waiting for a bus that never showed up!! i live an hour and a half away,my friends who brought me,went home..they never showed up!!And to add insult to injury,they asked muy niece for more money becaus it was a night bus!!! i then had to sit in fsu police station for hour,where the fsu team took me,for my own safety,because they were going home!!,,Thankfully my friends were eventually able to come get me..Dont give me this crap about being contacted,they contacted no one!! they just decided not to run that evening,and didnt come!!You owe my Niece the ticket money,you owe that to her,and an apology!!If she doesnt get it,i may very well get a lawyer,i have siezures and other problems,and could have gotten very ill there.Yall have the worst service,and customer service,i have ever seen,and you need to fix it..my name is private,my ticket number is available on request my nieces name who brought the ticket i have at home..If you dont fix this,i will be getting a lawyer,,You also owe me for the money i had to pay my friends to get to talahasseeYou either fix this,or ill get a lawyer who will! and i will be contacting better business bureau!Review from Mari R

This had to be the worst experience. So my daughters bus was supposed to be scheduled to leave at 4:30 to arrive to Tampa by 9:30. Before they even leave their destinations, the bus starts acting up. The driver takes the bus to have it serviced. They have my daughter sit in the bus for 3 hours with no explanation of what’s going on. Around 6:50 they bring another bus. Now she’s on her way back and they refuse to even stop to get them something to eat or drink. So we’re talking about 8 hours of starving and also having people thirst to death!!! What kind of experience is this? This is disgusting.Review from Edgar C

It doesn't even deserve one star. On Jun 28 I purchase a ticket from PSL to Miami Airpot. The bus just pass through and didn't stop, so I took a **** to the airport. Trying to receiving my money back, send emails, messages , ***** ****...NOBODY answer anything. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER MORE !!!!!!
