    First and foremost, this company is a scam! Its all over the web. Unfortunately, I didnt realize it until it was too late. I needed to book a flight for two relatives. I found their website on line and booked a flight only I never received my confirmation number. They have a chat feature on their site, so I started hitting that asking for my confirmation number. When I did get a response they told me they had been trying to reach me to review the flight. They had also sent me an email. I called the number provided and they were terrible, telling me there were no amenities, no luggage, no checking, etc, etc. these were all things that I could get if I bought a different type of ticket for over $1000 dollars. I was floored. I started arguing and hung up the phone. The lady called me back and started in again, so I just hung up. So I turned to the email. They told me because I hung up, that my reservation was on hold, whatever that means. Never received any confirmation number at *********, I will be disputing the charges on my **************** and making different arrangements!

    Seriously!  They just dont have to respond and you just close the complaint???  Ridiculous!!!  This was a complete waste of time and does nothing to help the consumer or the prevention of someone else going through the same situation.  Why do you even exist?  Any thing the **** could look into getting rid of!

    I booked two flights on **************** and selected flight-mover as they had the best price. I saw nothing about this being a special student ticket as suggested by their representative and supervisors. I was later told I got no carryon. After more questioning I learned this was essentially just a stand by ticket although that information wasnt offered until I started asking questions My call with flight-mover started about 30 minutes after I booked. They said they were calling to inform me of the restrictions of the flight. I was told about the 3lb carry on limit which I decided was fine. However, they told me its obvious my flight was more affordable then others offered and I should have know this was for students. After inquiring more on restrictions there customer service representative ivy confirmed, if the flights get overbooked I may not get a confirmation until 24 hours before my flight. So I asked so youre saying at any point the airline could overbook and deny me from getting on this flight and under those circumstances I couldnt get a refund? The representative said well flight-mover or the airline would offer me an upgrade or a different flight for an upgraded cost but, no refund period I told them that was unacceptable. They then offered me upgrades that were double the price over and over. I talked to two supervisors and one representative. The last supervisor I talked with was nearly yelling at me because I said I am not agreeing to these terms and already heard all the upgrade options that were at the wrong airport and cost more then comparable flights before she hung up on me mid conversation after 1.5 hours. I have received 3 emails and two more calls since then and I got to cancel my credit card because I wouldnt put it past them to try to charge me after all this they told me I WAS going to be charged I had NO other options as this flight was confirmed with no email confirmation because I had already accepted the terms.

    on 3/6/2025 I booked a flight to *******, *** in speaking with the agent she then tells me that no luggage would be able to be added. I asked them at that time not to charge my card, she infact did charge my card and told me that they would not issue a refund. The confirmation email was fake and I never received my tickets. This company is a scam.

    Absolute scam. I was told to call *********** advised i would receive my tickets within 24hrs. I called back again after not receiving my ticket & was advised that tickets are not guaranteed & that I should arrive at the airport to 'hope' for a seat without any ticket confirmation.This site should urgently be taken down.

    I booked a flight through ************************** at 10:40am on 03/04/2025 that was advertised as an *************** Economy flight and did not detail any airline restrictions on the ************************** website. The website did mention that if a flight upgrade may be requested additional fees would need to be charged. I was called within 10 minutes of booking the flight and could not take the call. A voicemail was NOT left. An email was sent to me stating I needed to contact ************************** within 2 hours to clarify booking details. I called them at the ********** number provided and was told the flights booked were "restricted economy" and if I wanted to have checked baggage, carry-on, etc. I would need to upgrade the flight and was told I would need to pay an additional $700 to upgrade. I went directly to the *************** website and saw that their basic economy flight was priced at an additional $380 for an upgrade to the class ************************** was stating I would be allowed to check baggage at. The representative proceeded to challenge the legitimacy of what I was telling him, called me ignorant, and stated he was trying to work with me and make sure my first experience with ************************** was positive and then stated "I was not an expert and not listening to facts." I ended up hanging up the phone because I was tired of being verbally insulted by the representative and wanted a refund of the flight. I was never emailed a flight confirmation and am unable to view the booking details on the ************************** website, the only option is to call or email.

    The company ended up canceling the charge after I submitted a fraud claim through my credit card company and after I responded to a duplicate form e-mail from ************************, informing them that *************** allows cancellations/full refunds for 24hrs after the purchase of a ticket. A few days later they sent me an email confirming no charge had been made. I appreciate your help and assistance.

    I purchased 4 roundtrip flight tickets. The website was not working well so I called Flight Mover. The salesperson was nice but hard to understand. He mentioned something about only being allowed a 5-pound personal item, and no other luggage. As I wanted to be sure I was understanding the restrictions since they are not listed on the web page where the tickets can be purchased, and I was having a very hard time understanding his speech with his strong accent, I requested that he send the flight restrictions by email multiple times and even requested that if he wasn't able to, to have his supervisor do it, to which again they refused. After booking, the *** immediately began calling me and emailing me to upgrade all 4 flights, which would have increased ea ticket price from $309 to over $800 at a min. I intended to keep the flights I initially purchased and not worry about the luggage issue. They continued to call and email me to upgrade, & then eventually offered that I could cancel & pay a $30 fee/ticket, which I decided to do because the whole situation felt like a scam, for them to only come back & say, they actually could not cancel the tickets for $30 each. Then, I requested to involve a supervisor. This supervisor then came back & said they could not cancel for $30/ticket, but could for an increased fee of $150/ticket. Eventually, I said forget the cancelation & leave the tix as is, we would fly without luggage. The airline tix finally seemed settled so I booked our resort, only to have Flight Mover call me again this morning to say that our flights have been moved to standby. A total scam to get us to upgrade to much more expensive flights, which aren't even leaving from our home airport. We would have to drive several hours, add on 2 more nights of hotels, & extra spending on *********** Now I'm currently out thousands of dollars and still don't have travel to our destination locked ********, I found that there are endless neg reviews of similar situations.

    I ordered a plane ticket. I received no email of my confirmation or ticket information initially and card used was not debited...After what they said were failed attempts to contact me by phone for no reason - weeks later they sent me a confirmation number asking me to call them. I called with my concerns and complaints and they said because they could not reach me that the ticket sale now rendered my ticket as standby. I told them this was kind of scam I believe and they yelled at me and said "Do not say that. It's not a scam" and then upon me telling them that they were not authorized to use the card on file to charge some standby ticket I got off the phone and they immediately debited the card. They are manipulating the travel system with what appears to be low fares and you think you are getting a real ticket and a real seat and that is not the case.

    This business sold me a ticket that was shown as a confirmed ticket but then came back to say that it was now a booked flight and that it he was moved by standby. This was not part of the booking nor the understanding that I had in regard to this and even after a full hour on with the their customer service, they were not able to help out and cancel the ticket. It was a horrible purchasing process and the company claimed they couldnt help out. Both of the customer service people refused to help, argued with members of our family, and stonewalled us at every turn. Very frustrating!

    ******* stated the the flight tickets I booked would not allow checked bags, airline confirmed that was not true. I agreed to higher price with allowed checked baggage. They then booked the flights at higher cost as the airline shows but then added ****** as a service fee. They would cancel the flights if they refunded the service fees.

    I ordered a flight from this company. During the time of booking, I was never informed that I would not be able to have a carryon, nor was I advised that I would be on stand by. They called me 30 minutes after purchase to tell me that the flight was non refundable, and I would be on standby as the flight was full. If I did not want to be on standby, they advised me that I would have pay an additional 126 dollars and that would guarantee me a spot on the flight. I told them I am not paying more money than I already had and asked they refund my money since I was not informed of this at the time of purchase. They refused. This all happened within 4 hours of booking the flight. I spoke with a supervisor who said she would follow up with me in 30 minutes, that was 3 hours ago.

    I was able to stop payment on my credit card,  but at this stage, people need to know what this company is doing,  especially the airlines since they are representing them and the bait and switch tactic could harm these airlines reputation and cost them business. From the reviews I have read SINCE my issue, this exact scenario has happened to several others as well. They say the return flight is fine, but if you want a guaranteed seat on your outbound flight you have to pay more, and if you dont, there is no refunds. (I have not heard back from them either, even though they advised they day I made my complaint here, that they would call me back in 30 minutes)
