Previously filed #******** We are owners of 308k points purchased through Wyndham with a use year of 4/1 annuallly, Contract: ************. We recently purchased a resale contract for 154k points with a use year of 10/1 annually, Contract: ************. The purchase of the resale points was complete in June 2024. Initially, ******* did not allocate the 154k resale points to us for the ******* use year although the prior owner had not used them. We requested a points audit resulting in Case #******** and ******* S issued the missing points on June 26. At that time, they alerted us they had realigned our use years to 10/1 and we would not receive our 308k points for 2025 until October (instead of our contract year of April 2025). On June 27, 2024 we requested another points audit explaining 1) we had not authorized an alignment of our use years 2) moving the date would result in us losing the use of 6 months worth of points. We requested they either move our use year back to April as stated in our signed contract with Wyndham or allocate 50% of the points for use April-October 2025 and then realign the use year moving forward from that time. ******* C at Wyndham responded on July 12 stating the points they allocated were correct. We emailed back that same day and explained again that we would be missing the use of points for 6 months with the realignment and that nothing in our contract allowed for ******* to realign use years and withhold points. We did not receive a response. On 8/8/24 we called and spent 2 hours on the phone requesting to speak to Owner Resolution. We spoke with ******* S again who refused to put us through to a supervisor stating there were no supervisors that were able to do anything that she could not do and the ticket was closed as resolved. We explained we did not consider the issue resolved and wanted to escalate the request for audit. She stated we were not able to do so. We asked the next level of appeal and ******* stated there is none.

On Sunday, Nov. 6, 2022 my husband and I attended a sales pitch at the ***************** which is owned by Travel and Leisure. We are current Wyndham timeshare owners. When we attended ********* this Nov. we owned 154, ***************************************** 2014 in addition to ******* points in Club Wyndham Access purchased in ********** on Nov. 2021. On Nov. 6, 2022 we attended a meeting and sales pitch. They offered to purchase our 2 previous contracts at our cost and sell us points to make us Silver Access members at approx. $33,000. WE DECLINED THE OFFER, SIGNED NO CONTRACT AND WALKED OUT. They reached out to us via text with another offer. We NEVER returned to meet with them and enjoyed the remainder of our vacation. We returned home only to receive a down payment bill on a credit card we do not own for $8,295 for a purchase at the ********* resort. Also, our online ******* account now reflects the changes offered to us on the contract that we did NOT ACCEPT NOR SIGN. We did not even meet with them again when they reached out to us with a new off. NO CONTRACT WAS SIGNED BY EITHER MY HUSBAND OR I NOR DID WE EVER RETURN TO SEE THE NEW OFFER THEY HAD FOR US TO LOOK AT!Wyndham should not have made any changes to our old contracts without our permission and has not yet rectified the problem! No consumer contract should ever be changes without a consumer agreeing to the changes. I have made many calls to try to get them to rectify things on their end. This has caused much stress for us. I have all of the texts back and forth with our sales person and, again, never even returned to meet to see the new offer. We have sent a letter certified to Leisure and Travel within the 10 cool off period allowed by ******* law explaining the situation and revoking any purchase made on our behalf even though WE MADE NO PURCHASE, SIGNED NO CONTRACT, AND DID NOT MEET WITH SALES AGAIN WHATSOEVER! The certified letter is scheduled to be delivered on Monday, Nov. 21.
