    I had called Sunshine State JDM on 10/27/2023 for a motor that was shipped to 1060 Old ***** highway in ********** at ***** auto repair when motor got there I was informed that the motor was different I immediately called JDM and spoke with *** he told me that there would be a simple modification that would need to be done in order for the motor to work I had my mechanic contact cam at JDM which they went over on how to do the modification my mechanic installed the motor I picked up my vehicle on November 6th 2023 the car went approximately 3 mi before it started to shake bog down I immediately called the mechanic back he said that he did what JDM told him to do and basically there was not much he could do I had taken it since then to a shop which is Bayshore Auto repair in ************* ******* all four cylinders were misfiring and had rocker arm code I called JDM and spoke with Cam on 11/16/2023 that I was still having problems with the modification so I was offered a to give me a refund of the motor so from 11:16/2023 to 11:21/23 I have not seen the return of my money I have spoken with **** and cam several times in between and was pushed off as far as he would have and still had not given me my refund so I went to my bank to stop payment on 11:30 2023 been on 110-2024 was told that my money was going to be returned back to Sunshine State JDM that they denied the refund so the end of January I found a shop called complete automotive which is dealt with Sunshine State JDM and was told on 2 7 2024 after sitting at that shop a month that the motor Sunshine State JDM sent was the wrong motor complete automotive has spoke with them and told them the issue and they have not complied as to a solution to the wrong motor and the labor cost of replacing the motor that I'm out of pocket for the install that they said would work which is $2,000 again this is the wrong motor they said would work I have now been without my vehicle since October of last year I've called and spoke with Sunshine State begging for some kind of resolution before taking it to another matter I have documentation emails of all the calls from me to them and not once have I received a call back from Sunshine State JDM on how to resolve this problem I'm at a total loss of over ***** between motor install three shops and towing fees for this car cannot be driven

    Sunshine State JDM falsified documents in order to win a credit card charge back claim with **** Federal.To this date I have not received any goods or services I paid for ($3420) in another company has the audacity to list the same product on **** ( item *************. It’s also listed on their website. Sunshine State Jdm are professional criminals. I need to be stopped..

    I was sold a 3sge beams engine swap. After installing in my car, it was discovered that it had very low compression and was no good. I immediately informed the company. Kam, the owner, said to bring it back at my earliest convenience. After traveling 2 hours to their location to return it, they denied any refund or exchange, without Kam being there. Kam was “out of country” according to them, and would be returning in about a week or two. They claimed that they would email him for approval and exchange or refund me the following week. I then load up the engine again, only to get there and have my time wasted a second time. This time, they request that I leave the engine there, and offer me another engine that is supposed to arrive later that week. That engine never arrived, so I made the 4 hour round trip to their location again to pick my engine back up so I’m not empty handed. Upon arrival, they try to claim that my engine was fine and made perfect compression. They claimed they ran a compression test on it when I left it there, and “cranked it faster and longer” not only is this improper, but the engine had no oil in it and they admitted to having never checked for oil and claimed that “it’s still fine anyway, you can crank it over without oil and it’s not bad for it”. Upon inspection back at my garage, the engine now has even lower compression, and has metallic shavings in the oil pan. So not only did they not honor their warranty, they also further damaged my engine.
