    I bought a refrigerator, within the 90 days of warranty it was damaged, they supposedly came to fix it and it continued the same for a while until the damage was completely stopped. I contacted them and they said they would call me back, they never did. I paid a person who does not work for them and they confirmed that it was damaged, that the refrigerator had several previous repairs and that all the parts were not that model. Fixing it would cost more than what I paid for the refrigerator. In short, I bought a refurbished piece of junk that worked for a short time. And the sad thing is that they know what they are doing, deceiving the people who buy things with so much sacrifice.

    September 29, 2022 -- I found this company on ******** Marketplace and began corresponding with them with regard to a used KitchenAid refrigerator they had listed. The person who responded to my message was very quick to respond and we were making arrangements to have the unit delivered. She then messaged me back to say that the unit I was looking at had been sold but they had an *** I asked how she did not know the unit had been sold and she advised that she was not at the store but only responded to messages from Marketplace. Regardless, on September 30, 2022, I decided to move forward with the ** as my existing fridge was going out and a hurricane was on the horizon. The fridge was delivered later that night and I paid them at delivery with Zelle -- the method they required. I reached out to them before the evening was over because the unit was not cooling. No answer to my phone call, no response to my voice mail. Send a message through Messenger and the lady apologized and gave me a phone number to call -- same one I had called. Needless to say after many phone calls and messages left -- all without response -- I am stuck with a refrigerator that doesn't work with no one to honor the 90 day warranty. I paid $825.00 for a non functioning refrigerator with no support..

    Since filing this complaint, I have learned that the seller, or someone on the seller's behalf, switched out the compressor and other key components of this refrigerator. As such, the manufacturer, *** won't honor any existing warranty or service needs on this unit. Unfair and deceptive trade practices epitomized.

    On May 9, 2022 I purchased a set of used appliances from ******* at Florida Appliances located at ***********************************************************************. ******* said these appliances work and are tested. To my surprise, on delivery day the dishwasher never worked, does not drain, flooded my floor and damaged my baseboard. He replaces it on July 28, 2022 with another non working dishwasher That does not drain. He also sold me a damaged refrigerator that stopped cooling and now 4 months after purchase, the washer's transmission does not work. ******* had been unsympathetic and unresponsive to my calls and texts.

    I purchased a dryer from Florida Appliance in June 2022, the dryer stopped heating. Sent a message on ******** to the person who sold it to me. Alyssa told me that she would contact the service department and get back to me. She has since ignored any message I have sent, but yet she is replying to my daughter who inquired about a item being sold. I was trying to find out if she was ignoring me due to the repair needed, I received my answer when she replied to my daughter. Called the 407.906.4448 nothing. Do NOT do business with them. They do not honor their 90 warranty. I dont have the money to purchase items that do not work.

    Original date of transaction 05/14/2022 Provide and deliver choosen washer and refrigerator at their physical location. The appliances came with a 90 day warranty. If anything happens they will fix. I paid $900 for both the washer, dryer and delivery to my home address listed here. Issue #1, I did not measure the space so I got the wrong size ( I took responsibility for this issue) but I was promise a icemaker with the refrigerator for (540 -54 discounted) and it was supposed to be with the delivery but it did not came with the icemaker (important because I could have sold the fridge with the icemaker) So Me and the merchant agree that he would pick up the fridge and I pay the pick up cost. He did after waiting for a month. Got the money for that another 2 weeks later. But the washer did not work on the first wash. I notify the business (there is 90 day warranty) no one answer. In fact, they never answer my call. When we discuss the refrigerator issue in person I told Ricardo, that he needed to pick up the washer because he never answers my call and I end up buying a washer at ******* so I did not need 2 washers of course. He agrees to this. When they picked up the fridge, they came with a tiny pickup truck full of stuff and they did not have the space to pick up the washer. I have been calling and asking to the phone number 786-4495732 (Ricardo), phone407-906-4448 and to the facebook page where I found them under "Used appliances Orlando". Would you please help with this issue. This people say one thing and then disappear for weeks, and I have to keep showing myself in the store which is about 40 minutes away from my new home spending my gas. Thank you.

    I bought a refrigerator at Florida Appliances, it was financed through******, Florida appliances gave me a 90 day guarantee my fridge broke still under warranty and they refuse to fix it, I'm basically paying for a broken fridge, I've been calling they don't answer, I went to the store twice and I was told the person in charge is not available,****** has been trying to contact them and still no answer so I should not be paying for a broken fridge, and I want my money back

    I purchased a dryer from Kevin, Florida Appliances on 3/03/22 in the amount of $310.00. He was quick to reply and delivered the dryer the same day. At the same time, his tech picked up my old dryer and took it! He installed theirs and at my request checked to see if it was working. It was turning and it felt hot, but I had no wet clothes to prove it. He left and I washed clothes, but to my surprise it didn't work, like it was supposed to, took too long and finished the cycles before their time stipulated in the machine's clock. So we had to keep checking and restarting it. I contacted him many times, only twice he and his assistant replied, but no resolution. I tried every trick they told me to, but it didn't work, checked every connection, to no avail. Finally, the dryer is not working at all! He is supposed to give 90 day warranty, which he hasn't honored and he even dared to ask me to pay his tech, if any repair is needed. I have been so patient, he obviously took advantage of my need and desperation and sold me a machine, he knew wasn't working properly and has ignored my complaints. I don't recommend this man or his business at all. My money is hard earned and $310 is a lot of money for me. At this point, I need him to pick up his piece of garbage and refund me the money, cash, no exchanges. He must be stopped of ripping people off. It is not fair, I hope through this complaint, I can get the resolution I need, now I have to buy another dryer. I will include the messages I sent Kevin and I have even a video available of the dryer making a loud noise and lack of response, to prove my case. Thank you.
