On 01/10/2023 I purchased a vehicle from AMP Auto sales cash. the vehicle was advertised online as follow "09 Honda Accord excellent condition no mechanical issues runs great"... when I take the car I park it in my garage and I start noticing oil stains and the car wouldn't start so I called the owner and messaged them via ********. they sent a mechanic out and he stated that the car had a bad part that he will change and that will solve the leak he also mentioned that another part was bad and it can cause a timing problem. the owner refused to repair that. I proceeded to ask for a refund and the owner stated that he sold me the car as is. I explained to him that I never signed anything stating such thing. after waiting almost three weeks to get my title he then adds a form saying as is that I didn't sign. my original bill of sale does not state as is online does not state as is the car had no as is stickers. now I have a car that I can't drive because the dealer lied about the conditions of the vehicle. I have a screen recording that I will add to a flash drive to submit for evidence along with all the messages back and forth with the owner along with the lies from the mechanic. After reviewing the bill of sale I noticed that the Clerk inputed that the vehicle was a 2006 but I didn't bother because the vin matched.
