      They are scammers and they need to be looked into all my information on my car registration is wrong they are doing fraud

      I owed $760 on my vehicle. The *************** said that i can pay $444 one week and the other $444 the next so i paid the first $444 and when i called the following week on a Friday to pay the remanding $444 i was told i was suppose to make the payment on the Tuesday of that week and instead of $444 i would have to pay around $600 . I was never told a specific date to make the payment so they put in a request to have my vehicle towed the following Sunday to the dealership and when i called on Monday because the dealership was closed on that Sunday to get the exact amount they said i would have to pay my balance of $760 plus a repo fee of $500 ! They refuse to give me a breakdown on why its $500 after just 1 day all they could tell me is thats the price . I feel like that is excessive ! And i am wondering is there anything i can do ! Or request ?

      I went to motorcar concepts i ******* fl on ******************* on August 17 and put a $2000 down payment on a 2012 grand jeep Cherokee the next day the vehicles was overheating i gave it back they fixed it 2 days after that the engine started knocking really loud the car wouldnt turn and the the breaks came off on the highway while driving with my kids and the car wouldnt stop i had to run off the road to keep from hitting others i have been complaint since August 18 o cant drive the vehicle its shaking really bad the engine is knocking really hard and it cuts off randomly ***** and the manager has been ignoring my calls and hanging up on me when i call its is not October 28 and still cant drive the vehicles i. Am a single mother with 5 babies i feel robbed also my tag is out they wont give my hard tag to me keep demanding money and when i called the women that works there told me i knew what i bought when i purchased the vehicle and said its my problem they cant do nothing about it im very angry

      I am rejecting this response because: this vehicle has been giving me problems since the 2nd day i got it i have been contacting them since that day they kept hanging up on me being very rude they wouldnt switch my vehicle out or anything Ive been begging them for 3 months to fix this vehicle i only drove the vehicle 4 times its been sitting since i got it the have not tried to help me out at all i really just want my money back they have the vehicle back already i feel   Scammed i have 5 babies and sold me A lemon i dont have money to throw away now im careless cant work or get my kids to school because of no transportation

      In the month of February 2023, I decided to purchase a vehicle from motor car concepts II in ***************. Mr. ****** and I came into agreement that I would pay as a buy here pay here to the dealership, but he said that I had to sign some papers just to have in file. Two months later a finance company calls asking for payments, I called Mr. ****** to let him know what was happening and Mr. ****** told me to ignore all phone calls from **************************** and to continue making payments to him. I continued making payments to Mr. ****** but the finance company kept calling about how much I owed in late payments and that they were going to repossess the vehicle. Mr. ****** kept telling to forget about the finance company and to pay him for months, to find out that he was sending only some of the payments and I am missing over $10000 in payments and when my husband **** ******** called Mr. ****** to ask about the situation and the money that was missing, he disrespected him with dirty words and he threatened him by saying that he knew who my husband was and that he was going to look for him. At this time we are looking for a refund or for the dealer to give us the vehicle at the price sold at the beginning of purchase. He sold us the vehicle at $18900.00 and it had gotten up to $26900.00 with interest, now they are charging $45000.00. I have already paid $21996.00 and they are telling me I still owe them almost $21000.00. Also like I mentioned above, there are thousands of dollars missing which I have receipts for. Thank you

      I purchased a vehicle from this company on May 18, 2024. I had been messaging the car salesman before I went and I stated to him that I needed reliable transportation due to my going back and forth to doctor's appointments. When I arrived with my daughter, the car salesman showed me a couple of cars and I chose the 2011 ***** Equinox. The car was driving ok on the way although I had to get my daughter to cut some of the rubber off that was scrubbing the wheel. On that following Monday, I texted and sent a picture to them to ask them what the thing on the dashboard was saying, they told me that they would talk to the mechanic, but they never got back to me about that. In June, I went back for my second temporary tag and I told them that I had all these sensor lights on the dash because I had to get someone else to look at them and tell me, they told me this time that I needed to make an appointment for the mechanic, which was never made even after I called them. Fast forward, to July 25, 2024, heading home from work, the truck shut off 4 times before I made it to ******** for them to put it on the machine. When I finally made it to the store, I asked one of the Associates about putting it on the machine, which they did and he printed out 4 sheets of codes on the truck, I proceeded to ask what all that he meant, his exact words were I need to get to a mechanic. After I left home there I began to drive again heading home the car shut off 4 more times and the last time it locked the brakes up. I pulled into this business and had the car the tow truck to come tow back to my mom's house. After that, it would not crank anymore. I called and told them and asked them if they could me with something else and the exact word from the manager was NO. That's not including that I was told 4 times 4 different things about the radio.

      On January 4th 2024 I purchased a car from said ******, the car broke down on the 5th,I took the car back the say The would fixed it,the never did,I called them every day,I lost my job, I'm the primary care for an premature child, she got sick easily,I told them folks at the dealership the don't, return the car, the don't return my money,I need BBB help or are you all working with each other?I'm just asking.

      I went to buy a car from this shop they dint let me test drive the car and once i pay for the car they tell me that the car motor mounts are broken but not to worry for me to come after 2 weeks to fix it i took it same day to autozone to get it scan it has the powertrain system messed up burning smell coming inside the car i have a 3month baby and i was counting on that car to go to work and back i took it next day because i cant have a car like that so messed up the guy had an attitude with me and told me he gonna check it and he dont wanna hear me no more and told me to shut up I told them i want a new car or my money back because is not fair for me that they dint even tell me the car was so messed up i had to call the police but they couldnt do much since it a civil matter they took it to the shop to fix it i was hoping for it to get fix at least but they call me to the office and told me they wanna cancel the contract and they refunded me the money to my card they told me it should be there in 24 hours i havent gotten nothing yet and it put me in a position of mental stress because now i dont have a car and i dont have the money i used to get that car so now i cant go to work and i cant buy a new car because i havent recived the money back yet and im so stress about all this now im about to loose my job if i dont get the money and i would be same as homeless pls help me out

      After carefully reviewing this situation, the car was brought back the next day after purchase. Service was never denied. Customer was adamant about refund and canceling deal. Furthermore we refunded the money back to the card that was used on day of purchase the same day the customer brought the car back. Refund return time varies depending on banking information.

      I went to the dealer because they offered a buy here pay here i never dealt with them before at all and at first they showed great customer service i went with my grandmother and ended up getting a 2013 *** 328i X series with ******* miles, after not even a day of having it while driving with my daughter it gave off a abs light on the dash and when i called ****** the manager to try and have it fixed he was giving me the run around about days it could be done then eventually told me its not my problem i could care less about if your problem once its off the lot its not my problem anymore. Not to mention when i did a car fax on it the mileage was rolled back the actual mileage was *******, so once that was brought up and i told him Id take him to court his attitude changed and he was willing to exchange the car, so then i went and got a 2012 chrysler 300 c just for it to give the same issues not even a few hours later, so once again after giving me the run around and waiting until the check engine light was on i told them to take the car back and i didnt want to deal with them anymore after they forced me to add $800 dollars just to get the Chrysler 300, now my grandmothers bank is taking money out of her account due to her disputing part of the money which was $1700 from her account because i gave it to her to save so i wouldnt spend it but when i took the car back they wouldnt give me my money back so she disputed it with her account, just as i did for the remaining $800. Then when i went to return the vehicle they tried to do it as a voluntary repo and didnt even fill out the paperwork just had me sign.

      DONT EVER COME HERE FOR A CAR . They make you pay a down payment then ask for more money when the balance is cleared. You can’t drive the car off the lot until the finance company wires them the money and is visible in their bank account. I waited a whole week just to drive the car off the lot. I go to DMV today to renew registration and there’s a hold because I owe more of a down payment I already paid. Employees are always in cars with strangers during work hours then wonder why money is missing. They aren’t doing their jobs correctly . Jessica couldn’t even do her job . How does $517 go missing? All these pictures of car sales is just to try and boost their reviews of their horrible service. Please save the headache and save your money go to another dealership !!!

      The day I bought my car as soon as I drove off the lot and was making it home it started to clog up and almost turned off every time I would speed up. I brought it back, gave me an loaner and they “fixed it” now a month and a half later it’s doing the same problem and they’re not offering a loaner nor are giving any solutions to fix it- also, the manager is never available. They said they fixed it already. If it was really fixed, it wouldn’t be doing the SAME PROBLEM. Also, it’s been almost 2 months and I’m still on a Temp tag too. The worst seller is Ramon. He does not care after he sells your car and doesn’t even show an interest to help you solve your problem.

      Customer was told by her salesman, Ramon, that she would need to leave the vehicle or bring it back on the following Monday as we don't have anyone to check her vehicle on a Saturday Afternoon. We can not offer a loaner car as this is something we typically don't do, yet there are some exceptions. We did offer her a loaner car on the day she purchased her vehicle, this was one of our exceptions. Now that she has driven the vehicle for almost two months there may be other mechanical factors as to why her vehicle isn't performing. She can bring the vehicle and we will have it diagnosed. It is best if she brings the car in as early as possible, preferably 9a.m., Monday thru Friday. Bringing the car in later in the afternoon will be more difficult to repair as the staff has other vehicle they are working on.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I advised the salesman that the vehicle is doing the same exact problem that it was doing the first day I got it and you guys “fixed it”. If it was truly fixed the first time it wouldn’t have the same issue all over again. Friendly advice is to just let customers know exactly what is wrong with the vehicles before you sell them for $10,000. I’ve read google reviews of people going through the same problem. I also advised the salesman that I get paid monthly and would like to get billed monthly due to me working for the state  for my car payments but instead signed me up for a biweekly payment plan. If I would’ve known you wouldn’t accommodate it, I would’ve thought twice about getting a vehicle here. Now I’m getting calls from the finance company because I’m 15 days late every other time. I was advised by them to contact the dealership for an addendum for monthly payments but of course nobody is ever available to assist me in the office. I was also told by the lady that handles the tags that I would receive a call by your dealership in regards to my plate being ready but once again, never got a call. I’ve never dealt with grown people who do not know how to communicate but blow up your phone when you’re interested in purchasing a car. I ended up paying $280 to fix my car last minute. So thanks for nothing
