    I was looking to buy a car, on September 14, 2021 unhappiness I went to Mr. Enock ******* . I paid him $4490 for a Murano, it had a transmission problem, Mr ******* told me he could give me a better car but i would have to pay $7000 to $8000, he gave another car for $7000.00 which was "honda Pilot 2011, I took it to a mechanic, the mechanic gave a lists of things that need to be fix it was leaking oil badly, he took the car to get it fix since then he kept playing, one thing to day another thing tomorrow for the past almost 6 Months I cant have the car and he did not want to give me the money to find the car somewhere else, on the 15 of march he told me "give me up to 30 days, i would you the money back, on the 7 of April, i called him to check, he told the mechanic just call him the car was ready, he will call me later to pick up the car, on the 12 of April i went to him, he did not have car, that means he was not serious, talk to him, he just wanted to argue, he told me he would not give me the money back, and he kept the car, just looking for help to have the $7000.00 back
