    Winter Park Auto Exchange, I am writing to voice my anger and frustration regarding my recent experience at your dealership. On 03/06/2020, I purchased the 2016 ****** BRZ Limited Edition Call for $18, ****** cash from your dealership with the assurance that it had been properly inspected. However, shortly after I arrived home, I decided to check if the new but used car had any antifreeze in it. It took 5 ft of antifreeze to find out that the car was empty. This led to an incident on Thursday, 28th, 2024, where I had to apply the brakes suddenly to avoid colliding with another vehicle. After this incident, I experienced a malfunction in the brake booster which caused the brakes to fail while I was driving. As a result, on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, I had the car for less than 30 days. ***** even gave me his word in the first 30 days? I was shocked by your dealership's lack of support and responsibility. Despite the car being in my possession for less than 30 days, I was shocked by the lack of support and accountability shown by your dealership. Not only did you refuse to assist with the repair costs for the suspension issues that have now emerged, causing a concerning clunking noise during driving, but you also demonstrated a complete disregard for the safety and well-being of your customers. Due to these harrowing experiences and the subsequent financial and safety implications caused by the car's defects, I am going to be taking the necessary action with the *** by reporting to your dealership for all of the complications that you have given to me! his entire ordeal has not only caused me distress but has also shattered the trust I once placed in your dealership. I strongly urge you to reevaluate your business practices and ensure that other customers do not face similar hardships due to negligence and lack of integrity. I trust that you will take appropriate steps to rectify this situation Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
