    Don’t fall for this; it’s a scam. This hotel requires an annual income of at least $50,000 to book a stay. If married, cohabiting, or engaged, both guests need to show IDs with matching addresses, like a driver’s license. Their website didn’t mention these rules, nor were they clear at payment. Only after paying did I receive four emails, one of which mentioned these rules in very small print that was hard to notice. When I called to confirm the stay, they asked about my income but didn’t say it wasn’t enough. A week before check-in, I called again, and they said my income didn’t meet the requirements, refused the booking, and wouldn’t give a refund. I then said my actual income was $$$, which qualifies. They asked me to send my tax return, which I did. They accepted it and said I could stay but warned of a $300 fee if I didn’t show up. Later, I checked the conditions again and saw it also requires matching addresses. We don’t live together, so we can’t provide matching address proof. I’ve never seen a hotel like this. Don’t fall for it; it’s a scam.

    In October of last year 2023 I book with them and was dealing with Chris we and my partner was supposed to go to DR for our birthday we paid the taxes and we was all set to go then in November they told us sorry but Dr is all book choose another location the location that they gave us we did not like so we said we will hold off until these year now trying to book they rarely answer calls now when but when they answered my partner they said they was trying to contact my partner and but the me who number they have and told her we have to pay taxes again. Chris is a bad rep if this company is real

    This co. Advertised on Facebook, 5 nights and 6 days for only $197. I thought this might be a good grad gift to go to Florida. I spoke to them on the phone, booked some dates and paid. I had to charge the dates, and pay an extra $39. They told me to confirm the dates a week ahead which we did and we told them our income and that we were married. I knew there was a tour. My husband got time off from work! We booked 3 flights from Seattle to Orlando. When we got to the Westgate resort, we were told we aren't doing a tour, but we had to pay for the resort fees. I was confused as I thought the whe point was the tour and we would get a$100 gift card. He said that we purchased from a third party so its pending. Oh brother. He said to call the Welcome center, which I did and she said she didn't know, so she said do you want to talk to a manager? I said yes, and she put me on hold for a long time. So we go down to the Welcome Center to speak to them, we asked to speak to a manager, and instead she spoke to her instead. I tried to ask who the manager was, and the guy was busy. The girl comes back says they will do the tour but we can't do today. We already made plans.My husband spoke up understandably, and they had security, give us a card to call. , so we called and I got a rude guy that told us to call their broker. The phone number didn't work. So I called again to customer service, and they told me to go back to the Welcome center, he fixed everything. So we go back, and they weren't nice, said we can't have a tour and to call their broker again, which was Vip vacations. I texted them saying that we don't know what's going on. The Welcome center said we were too aggressive, oh brother, but we didn't have to do the tour as we went through a third party, their broker. So we flew a long way. had a bad experience! DIdnt get what was promised, Feeling we were scammed

    I always. Use them to vacation and never have a problem. Make sure you are being truthful to the questions they ask you and show up to the vacation ready to do a presentation the second day with all your documents and everything should be smooth sailing.
