  Beware!!! Magic box rented my family a very unsanitary home filled with black mold, urine stained curtains, sticky floors, questionable stains on comforters, holes in walls and throw up on walls. Overall dirty and disgusting home. When notify they wanted to disrupt my family to try to clean the disgusting property that should have been cleaned prior to our arrival. Honestly it would have taken a 5 person cleaning crew a week to clean the home. My family had to find other rental as there would be no way to actually clean the home properly. Absolutely horrible nightmare for my family and they will not take accountability of the absolutely disgusting the home. Wish I could include pictures!! Wish there was a zero stars!

  Alugamos uma casa por 18 **** Da qual foi uma propaganda enganosa as fotos do listing no so as mesma os mveis so no iguais. Tudo quebrado cama , geladeira . ******** . Mveis em estado pssimo .Uma casa abandona e sem manuteno alguma .Me admiro uma empresa ter esse imvel no seu listing .

Monica,Agradecemos pelo seu feedback e gostaramos de esclarecer alguns pontos mencionados, garantindo a transparncia e o compromisso que temos com todos os nossos hspedes.Em primeiro lugar, trabalhamos incansavelmente para oferecer a melhor experincia possvel. Mas sabemos tambm que problemas podem acontecer e para isso procuramos resolver tudo que estiver a nosso alcance durante a estadia o mais rapido *********** casas que disponibilizamos so exatamente como descritas em nossos anncios, e nossos hspedes ficam na propriedade que alugaram. No entanto, ao longo do tempo, normal que alguns itens precisem ser substitudos devido ao desgaste natural ou mau uso. Fazemos isso visando o conforto dos prximos hspedes, mas atualizar as fotos a cada pequena substituio seria invivel.Sobre os pontos especficos que a senhora levantou:G***deira: O problema que ocorreu com a g***deira exigiu a necessidade de substituio de uma pea, algo comum em qualquer eletrodomstico. Esse reparo foi realizado o mais rpido possvel.Televiso: No havia nenhuma televiso quebrada. O **** problema r***tado foi r***cionado pilha do controle remoto, que foi trocada, e voltou a funcionar perfeitamente.Cama: A cama estava em perfeito estado antes de sua chegada. O fato de o problema ter sido reportado mais de uma semana aps o check-in nos leva a crer que *** foi danificada durante sua estadia. Se a cama j estivesse quebrada, acreditamos que o problema teria sido r***tado junto com outros itens logo no incio de sua estadia.Alm disso, gostaramos de esclarecer que tivemos dificuldades em nossa comunicao durante sua estadia. Os problemas foram reportados atravs da agncia, e, embora respondssemos prontamente, raramente obtnhamos um retorno imediato, o que gerou atrasos. Quando enviamos nossa equipe tcnica propriedade, a senhora reportou apenas dois problemas enquanto o tc**** estava presente. No entanto, aps sua sada, novos problemas foram r***tados, dificultando a resoluo eficiente de todos os pontos.Cabe ressaltar que, na poca, estvamos sob alerta de furaco e, ainda assim, nossa equipe foi at a casa para verificar os problemas, que no eram emergenciais e sem que tivessem sido providenciadas evidncias claras, conforme solicitamos previamente. Isso reflete nosso compromisso em resolver os problemas r***tados, mesmo em situaes adversas.Por fim, gostaramos de mencionar que, ao longo de nossa interao, ficou claro que a senhora no parecia disposta a colaborar para a resoluo dos problemas, mas sim buscar algum tipo de compensao.Esperamos ter esclarecido as questes e permanecemos disposio para qualquer esclarecimento adicional.Atenciosamente,Magic Box Vacation

  Not as described the home was filthy dirty and after i filed a complaint they ignore me. I called as soon as i saw the filth and they just ignored me. Also if something is wrong in home like the ac they well send a tech out and they are allowed to just enter the homes. Very very disappointed

  Hi Laura,

  It is very sad for us to see a review like this one that you left with false accusations. Fortunately, we have all our conversations recorded and documented to prove these untruths. Remember that the reason for your review was because you were refusing to sign the rental contract which is a market practice for the safety of both parties and after that, you tried to use it for extra services that were not paid for and much less requested in advance. About the dust, we have in our records you never complained about it. Your only complaints during your stay were that the air conditioning was not working very well and we informed you that in 10 minutes our own maintenance technician would be arriving at the house to fix the problem and at no point did you tell us that it was not for him go. I don't think it's a bad thing for an air conditioning problem to be fixed within 10 minutes of your call. The second complaint was that there were some spiders on the outside of the house in the pool area which unfortunately we have no way of controlling as we are in a Florida location with lots of vegetation. I hope I have clarified your review and we will be very happy to welcome you again during your next visit to Orlando.

  I looked into all the reviews people have left for this company and everyone knows magic box has been lieing. So i dont care what you responded with becouse its all a lie magic box needs to learn to manage thease propertys bettet and have better communication with the clients. They dont own up to nothing but we all know magic box are liers
