Received an email today, about 2 weeks before our vacation, that we have been scheduled for a "sales presentation" on Saturday at 230 pm October 30 at Westin Kierland. Nowhere in the email did it ask us if this time worked. Nor did the email offer alternatives. As far as times go, nothing could be worse... in the middle of a Saturday on our first vacation in two years. If you are trying to obtain clients I cannot think of a worse way to go about it. We should have been offered various times and certainly well before October 15th. Ideally early in the morning, nor on a Saturday - so it doesn't interfere with our exploring of the region. I don't appreciate being TOLD what to do.Business response
