    Recently I purchased a slider from Window World, the experience well less than perfect. The installers were wonderful, knowledgeable and professional. The office staff seemed overwhelmed, probably overworked and understaffed. I found ************************ and unprofessional. I also spoke with ******* who did her best and was at least believable. The issue was the salesperson, **** decided to charge for cedar trim and we did agree to this however it wasnt conveyed to the office staff which resulted in the installers not bringing it with them, not a problem so I called the office and was burdened with a conversation with ***** who explained in a tone that I found unprofessional and really could care less about customer service because it was 4:00 and the office was closing her reasoning was they would credit me with two of the three ***********. I found myself paying an extra $184 for something I did not receive. I wont do business with Window World or ***************************** and wont recommend them and will do my best to let anyone interested that Window World doesnt care about the customer and what is right

    That being said, our staff is honest, helpful & cares a great deal.Our local staff receives ******* five star reviews each month.

    Please keep in mind 1x4 is typically for buck framing purposes, in regards to trim vinyl & pvc is the way to go this way you avoid wood rot.

    Very poor installation team where communication was challenging, We failed the inspection twice! To be fair, it was not totally the fault of Window World. It seems the company was also victimized by an overzealous county inspector who had a negative view of the company. Based on the cost benefit standard, this might not be at the end day a bad outcome after all I guess. But if you go with Window World based on this cost criterion, be ready not to be treated as an appreciable customer at the individual level. High volume business with no consideration at the individual level.

    If I could give a Zero, I would. Back in July of 2022 I reached out to D. Miller at Window World to get my bedroom window replaced. We spent thousands, on a full house replacement of windows. Fast forward a year, and they have come out three times with the WRONG window replacement. Now, I noticed that the wall around the window is buckling and seriously, this is becoming such a hassle to get someone to come out with the correct window. I would highly suggest never ever going with this company.

    I give Window World "ZERO." I ordered 8 windows from Window World in August 2022, the initial installation was done in December. At the time of installation, I was missing a window and a screen and the bay window did not fit. The installation crew told me that they were going to reorder the window, I waited 3 months and didn't hear back from Window World. Finally, I decided to call them and I was told they have to record reordering my window. After going back and forth with the company, some finally showed up a month later to re-measured my window. Long story short, after waiting 8-10 weeks the new window finally showed up, only to be the exact same size as the one from the initial installation (needless to say, the window didn't fit). The crew measured the window again so they can order the correct size. I received a call from Window World Scheduling Dept. on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, saying my window was in so, I schedule an appointment for Saturday, August 12th between 9:00-11:00am. I waited at home all day Saturday and Window World never showed up and didn't even call to say they weren't coming. My advice is to spend a few more bucks for quality service because the service and staff at Window World is just HORRIBLE.

    Window World replaced my window and it leaks. They told me I have to get a leak detection company at my expense before they will come out. They also don't answer my emails.

    It’s taken a year and 5 months to complete the installation of 10 windows in my house. When scheduled to come and complete the install the correct windows, they don’t show. No call saying they weren’t coming. They make promises and don’t follow through. They try to make it sound like it’s your fault when they don’t hold up their end. A year and 5 months and I’m still waiting on the last window to be installed. They promised a re-measure (the 4th time) this coming Monday . I’m not holding my breath. The absolute worst service I’ve had with a company , ever. The owner needs to take a look at the accountability of his staff.

    I called these folks because I had a leak in my window.The woman I spoke to asked for the model number.Gave it to them and 3 mos later it was replaced.Three mos.these days is fast. Thanks all your help.You ladies in the office are top notch.

    If I could give this company 0 stars I would. It has been a nightmare dealing with them. We ordered windows in November of 2021 and the first sloppy install happened in July 2022 of which is still not complete. They lost 5 of our windows which did not come in until Feb of 2023. Stay away!!! It's now June of 2023 and we are still dealing with them. It's difficult because no one answers the phone or replies to messages. TERRIBLE!!!
