I paid for 30 continuing education hours for my RN license renewal. I was in the middle of a 6-hour course when it disappeared. I was told that it had expired along with another course I'd paid for and that I should just pick something else. No supervisor was available for me to speak to. I never received any kind of notification that these two courses were expiring. I certainly wouldn't have chosen courses that were going to expire. A waste of time and money.EliteLearning.com

Package expired on March 2, 2025, and March 26, 2025, as per the details available in your account dashboard. Once expired, we are unable to extend the time or reopen the course. However, we would be happy to offer you a new PA Nursing 30 Hr. Package should you choose to proceed. Additionally, you have successfully completed the PA Child Abuse course and will receive credit for it. As you have previously spoken to a supervisor regarding your concerns, you have already been issued a refund of the full amount of your original purchase. As a clinical social worker with 35 years experience doing ***'s this is the WORST I have ever dealt with. I was 74.5 out of 75, no kidding, and most of my answers were out of the book, the questions were vague and unnecessary, 4 hours of wasted effort on topics with no clear answers. and most questions barely pertain to the actual work. Spend your money on direct presenters without going into 10 theories of what is being presented for ridiculous hate of time.EliteLearning.com

I got the 20 hour package but turns out it only has 1 hour of law, and ptcb requires 2 hours! I contacted support and they didnt care and wouldnt give me my refund. Dont make the same mistake as me.EliteLearning.com

Upon reviewing the customers account, we found that they originally purchased our 20-hour Pharmacy Technician package on April 24, 2024, which met all state board renewal requirements at that time. The customer stated they successfully renewed in July 2024 using that package.
The customer was later notified by the *************************************** (PTCB) that an additional 1-hour Laws and Rules course was required, prompting the customer to purchase our updated package on January 27, 2025. Our records show that the customer completed courses from this package, and per our refund policy, refunds are not issued for completed courses. Our policy was followed appropriately by our representatives when the refund request was initially denied.
To ensure customer satisfaction, we spoke with the customer to clarify the renewal requirements and explain why the representatives were unable to process the refund. As a courtesy, we issued a one-time refund of $49.97 due to the confusion surrounding the renewal process. The customer confirmed they now understand the situation and feel we have come to a resolution.H. P.

My experience was incredibly frustrating. I found them negligent and disrespectful of customers' time. I am still stunned. I received a book for 15 hours of CEUS (Illinois Counseling). I spent hours reading course material and completing the tests for the six courses in the book. The book says you can go to their site and upload your answers to complete. I went to their site and paid for a membership to upload test answers and receive CEUs. Only to discover that the tests on the site are different from those in the book they sent out. I mean ... really? I found this especially problematic, given that many test questions involve minutia or involve a few words taken out of a sentence in any given course. I eventually found my way to customer service, wondering what I was doing wrong, only to be informed that the tests on the site were different than in the book. I was told that many others have found this problematic. **************** was excellent. The real question is, what is wrong with management that we are left to discover and solve this by ourselves? The online course content and the physical book include the same exam questions at the end of the course. However, the online course also features self-assessment questions throughout, which may have caused some confusion. These self-assessment questions, also found in the book, are intended to gauge understanding and help prepare for the final exam. After completing the course online, you will be directed to take the final exam to achieve your certificate of completion. Rest assured; the exam questions match those in the book. We understand the online process may have been frustrating and are actively exploring alternatives to make the interface more user-friendly for our customers.

I purchased a physician ** course in April 2024 and now cannot take the quiz because the website states that the course has expired even though the website states that the ** expires 12/31/2024. They do not answer their phone or their email. This company is a fraud and a ripoff based upon my experience. I lost ****** and hours of study because of their dishonesty. It appears that your course was just over the 6-month period. As we provide a free 3-month extension in these circumstances, we were able to get your course unlocked and the issue resolved promptly. You have received a copy of your certificate, and the results have been issued to the reporting agency. Ive used elite learning for years. Getting courses online was easy. I bought the all access pass which gives you access to courses for a year. They automatically renewed for me after a year without my permission. After calling I told them I wanted my credit card taken off their website. I was told they would . That was 9 months ago. I called today and my credit card was still listed as default. I was told I could not remove it without adding another payment. I wont be using them anymore and they still have my credit card in their system which is illegal.EliteLearning.com

The **** training and Human Trafficking (requirements for Texas physician licensing) were easy to use, simple and concise. Unfortunately, I was unable to log back in to complete the opioid prescribing function after leaving for a few hours. Apparently, Safari is not supported. If you use Safari, I definitely would look elsewhere for the required training. The Customer Support Agent was helpful but didn't resolve my issue. He was able to refund my purchase on the phone.EliteLearning.com

I received my booklet in the mail to renew my Florida nursing license with a code reading it was only ***** for the courses I needed. My fault I waited till the last minute 100% but when I logged in and chose to only do the booklet and test for ***** after hours of completing it would only go to 99% because they wanted me to do the ***** subscription. At this point I felt I had no choice, so I did the ***** subscription. I completed everything and my certificate was available. On the site it said they would report to CE to CE Broker within 1 day. I called to see if it could be expedited was told no and it could take 48 hours for them to transmit them. I then asked for them to cancel my certificate and issue me a refund because 48 hours was not acceptable. I asked to speak to a supervisor someone who could look into this further and was told that wasn't possible I would need to hang up and call back. So I did and was told then they could possibly be reported by 4:30 but it could be 48 hours. I explained I needed to know when they were reporting. They kept saying we have up to 48 hours but no where does it say that. I ended up spending another ***** with a different company who reported my CE within 5 min of completing the testing, CE Broker reported within 5 min and my license were renewed within ****************************************************************************** a 48 hour delay in reporting online information. It didn't take them but 5 Min to take my payment. I will never do business with them again and I suggest you find a different company for your professional license because they are truly not ********************** with how they handle things.EliteLearning.com

We understand the frustration you felt when your certificate was not immediately reported to ** Broker. While we strive to process and report all certificates within one business day, there are instances where it can take up to 48 hours for ** Broker to process the ** credit and report those hours to the appropriate state board for license renewal. Rest assured, the courses you completed with us for 27 hours on 7/28/2024 were reported the following day on 7/29/2024 at 10:23 AM to ** Broker. We report course completion during business hours each day, as stated on our website under the FAQs page. Regarding your request for a refund and the difficulty in reaching a supervisor, we apologize for the customer service you received.
