They said they could start the following week. I told them I could kiss them I was so happy! 8/8text saying they would be starting my sale the following wk.8/15 "unfortunately we're not able to start this week as anticipated, will shoot for next week." I replied, "ok, no problem" and got a thumbs up response. Then, "If you let me know a couple days ahead I'll post it on my socials". No response.8/21I asked, "HI! How's it going?" Response: "Been home sick...we will start as soon as we can." I replied, "Oh no! I'm so sorry!"8/26me: Hi, just checking in--I hope you're feeling better! :)" them: Recovering, but not there yet...:("8/30 me:"How are you doing?" Response: "Not quite there yet, one day at a time..."Me: "I'm sorry that you've been ill for so long.I'd hoped to have the estate sale completed by now as the house needs to be sold soon. Should I look for another seller?"Them: "We understand and we will consider our contract null and void. We will drop off the keys and remote."I asked if they removed anything from the house: "Why would we remove anything from the house? As you can see from your camera we have only been there once on the Monday just after you left and that was to pick up the key and now we have no intentions of entering the home. What address do you want us to mail the key and garage remote to?"Me: "I didn't know if you included things in another sale, I thought you'd said something about selling things in lots sometimes. I didn't meant to infer anything negative, I'm simply not familiar with this process. You're welcome to mail the keys and remote to:"Today I received the keys and remote. The envelope had an unintelligible return address on it so if they got lost, there was no way to return them to the sender.I needed to sell the house by 9/14/2024 due to homeowners insurance issues. That's not happening. Its costing me 1000s a month to keep this house. I wouldn't let these people handle a 6th grade bake sale.
