    While they did a good job on the actual enclosure, their follow up customer service is horrible. They agreed to come back once the final permit was signed off to install framework for a pet door. We have made 5 phone calls to them to find out when that was going to happen. To date, we have received neither a phone call back to schedule the work, nor a visit from the work crew to install the pet door. Meanwhile, we are getting bugs inside the enclosure because we have to leave one of the screen doors slightly open so our dogs can get out in the yard.
