    I ordered my daughters club volleyball uniform and accessories through this company. Their website boasts quick production time - an average of 3-4 weeks for turnaround. My order was placed on 10/8/2024, and after sending multiple communications, I finally received PART of my order on 1/3/2025. There was no communication from the company regarding any delays or all the missing pieces until I inquired about them. The email communication from the company has been condescending, rude, and tone deaf. They stated that her backpack is not essential to the game so they dont understand why its a big deal. They accused me of being unreasonable because they were closed for the Christmas holiday. They stated they have mailed another missing piece but reference a hoodie, and I ordered a crewneck so Im not sure what they have sent, nor have I received it. I have asked for a refund for the remaining missing items and they refuse to respond.

    We would like to clarify the details surrounding your purchase to ensure full transparency.
    The website where you placed your order clearly outlined the package details and production timelines, including the estimated shipment window. This information was available on the *** website, which was specifically created for Xtreme Performance Volleyball (XP) and approved by the club director. Additionally, my personal email was provided on the ordering website for any issues or concerns. I have attached a screenshot of this page for reference. The screenshot that you provided on the timeline was from ************************ and that is the production time if a director would like to place the club order at one time. 
    Your order was part of a team-wide process initiated by XP Volleyball, which involved *********************************************** October, with a stated shipping date of late December. The club director was informed of a delay in backpacks due to a customs hold and instructed us to proceed with shipping the uniforms separately, as they were essential for play. This decision was communicated to you, but we understand that you were not satisfied with this resolution.
    You initially reached out through the general "Contact Us" form on ************************, which is not the website where your order was placed. Despite this, I personally responded and addressed your concerns. Following your rude and threatening emails, I escalated the matter to the ******* directors, as the order was facilitated through their organization. Parents placed orders through ***, but the assigned team package, order process, and communications were all managed in coordination with XP Volleyball. I have attached the email thread for reference.
    To date, you have received all of the items you ordered. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out.
