This company changed its name to Attic Man in 2020z here is my review:The removal and insulation team damaged my A/C ducting as well as left loose blown insulation in the attic. I took pictures and emailed the company Saturday. 1:30 Monday finally went in person. ***** the owner, said the duct work wasnt new but he would personally come out and inspect. He didnt show up but a crew did come out and fix the ducting while ignoring the forgotten insulation.After waiting 3 business days for a follow up call posted a review on ****** and emailed a copy to Attic Man. **** immediately responded saying the review was unfair and didnt mention anything about us coming out and repairing your garbage duct work at no cost to you. He still hadnt come out to inspect the attic. I sent an receipt for the $4365.64 in A/C duct work that had been installed 1/11/2021.He came out to inspect and his professional opinion was the duct work was poorly done and fell off with the slightest bump no reasonable answer as to why his crew or company didnt tell me about the damaged/detached ducts. All I know for certain is before their job, the duct work was intact and undamaged.Attic ******** showed up with no notice at 9am. I told them not to touch the ducting and take care of the wall. They went in the attic and left. **** called and asked why I didnt want them to touch the ducting. I told him the company that installed the ducting was coming out to inspect. I asked if the loose insulation was removed like we discussed and agreed on, he said no. After voicing my displeasure he offered to send a crew out for the 3rd time. I hung up on him and ignored the second call. Then the texts began:Full texts and pictures on ******
