    We noticed that you recently initiated a chargeback via PayPal for your order rather than reaching out to us directly to cancel. We understand that there may have been some confusion regarding our policies, and we want to ensure that you have all the necessary information.

    Firstly, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with your order. We always strive to provide excellent customer service, and your feedback is valuable to us.

    We would like to take this opportunity to clarify our terms and conditions, which state that there may be restocking or shipping fees associated with canceling special-order items dependent on how far along the order may be. These fees are in place to cover the costs incurred by processing and handling such orders. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where cancellation is necessary, and we're here to assist you through that process.

    We encourage our customers to reach out to us directly rather than filing a chargeback which can have negative impact.  Our customer service team is available to address any questions or issues you may have, and we're committed to assisting when necessary.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was told that the order would be sent out within two weeks I informed them that I could not go more than two weeks without the parts and if they could not fill the order within two weeks to notify me so that I could take alternative procedures after a month I heard nothing from them so I had to go another route to repair my vehicle to get back and forth to work. PayPal notified them about this issue and they gave them no answers other than it will take a longer period of time then two weeks which was unacceptable. I would like my full refund or I will take other action if the BBB help doesn't pan out.

    I had an order that was misdelivered. UPS has approved the claim as of Feb 16,2023. I have attempted to reach BC racing on numerous occasions to get my refund processed but they will either not answer/not return emails.

    I purchased a set of DS Coilovers for my Volvo S60R. I purchased through the US distributor for BC Racing. Racing Coilovers US. I received them, I contacted RCUS customer service because I ordered and paid for DS series but they shipped me BR series (cheaper). I elected to keep them since they said it would be another 8wks lead time AND I would have to return them to BC before they could begin the order (a ridiculous demand since it was their mistake in the first place). Once installed it's apparent that the spring rates are terrible for the car. The fronts have their damping turned all the way up (30 clicks) and it is still bouncy leaving no adjustment, the rear only just stops bouncing at around 20-25 clicks from full soft (Which again, leaves next to no adjustment; a primary reason someone would buy coilovers). I would expect a firmer ride, but these act like the spring rates aren't even properly matched to the shocks. I contacted RCUS first and spoke to their representative, who recommended that I reach out to BC Racing tech department to try and see if there is something that can be done to improve the ride quality. Right now the vehicle feels unsafe with as much as the front is bouncing. I did get a "canned" response asking me to verify a few things with the install etc. and verified all of them to BC's satisfaction along with photos and video of the problems. First contact: 6/20 Response from BC Replied with photos: 6/27 Sent followup email after no response for more than 10 days: 7/7 Received response asking if it's front or rear issue (clearly didn't read my original email): 7/8 Clarified that this was on both front and rear and behavior felt unsafe: 7/8 I received notification of a shipment of two front replacement dampers 7/8 Received a week later with no information or further communication from BC. I replied to their email twice asking why they think this would "solve" my issue. They have stopped responding. Last email sent 7/28.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/03) */ When a consumer contacts us with a complaint, it is company policy to troubleshoot the problem in order to isolate and then resolve the issue. This is the primary reason why Mr.********* received an auto reply with our basic troubleshooting guide/information. Based on the troubleshooting performed by Mr.*********, it was understood that there was potential for a malfunction internally in the damper which could cause the ride quality issues noted in the original complaint. BC Racing North America provided warranty replacement parts in an expedient manner, in order to rule out any production faults or safety concerns. BC Racing North America is more than willing to attempt to assist Mr.********* in order to find a resolution that is amicable on both ends. However, if Mr.********* is seeking a return/refund of the order, he will need to contact the original seller "Racing Coilovers US" and abide by their policies/procedures. "Racing Coilovers US" is a separate entity with no affiliation to BC Racing North America aside from product resale approval. Mr.********* is welcomed to reach out to us via email at: [email protected], through our website live chat feature or by phone as he has in the past: 321-206-6381. I made it clear in my initial inquiry that the problem was on both the front and rear shocks. I am a 10 year automotive technician and teacher and the liklihood that my ride issues (which I've reiterated several times occur on both front and rear) are present on all 4 dampers. Further, I find it unlikely that all 4 dampers would be faulty creating this ride quality issue. My initial contact was with racing coilovers (the reseller) and they instructed me to talk to BC racing directly. I am merely following the path to resolution I was instructed with. I will reach out again to racing coilovers USA and follow up within the next few days with their response.
