    ****** ******** came out gave me a quote on installing fence, I submitted to HOA got the approval to install and I been trying to contact someone at the Oviedo office location for more than a week left over 10 messages for customer service representative ********* and also left the manager 2 messages. No one has called back as of yet and its been over a week. Now Im having second thought. About this company.

    Everyone involved in getting my fence quoted, permitted, installed and payed for did an excellent job. Everyone was very professional, helpful and did everything just as they said they would. A special shout out to the installer, ******. I couldn't have gotten a better person to install my fence. He did such an excellent job! I highly recommend him and Fence Outlet as a whole.

    We have various problems with install of a chain link fence. Four times they did come out and the last contractor finally fixed the fence to the best of his ability and attached to the house (per required by insrance) Our fence is now eight (8) months old and rust is all over. Contacted the company: They replied: "Good morning, The service technician was at your property yesterday morning and took pictures. It was determined that we will come back to sand down and repaint the affected areas. This may happen again due to the property's close proximity to the water. The GM will contact you to discuss further and schedule" Our house did not move and at no time were we told this was not the best material for this area. The chain link fence down the street does not have this issue. So their answer is the fence will continue to deteriorate and they used inferior materials for this area. The entire fence is rotting. I placed picture on Yelp of our fence.

    We apologize for your recent experience. We do disagree with your statement that we use an inferior product. We use high quality materials on all of our installations. Please keep in mind that rusting is a common occurrences with any steel products. The property’s close proximity to the water only increases the chance for rust to develop. We do stand behind our products and installation and we are willing to fix these issues with the best course of action we see fit. It was determined that the best course of action is for our service technician to treat the rusted areas and then prime and paint. If there are any areas that are severely rusted or deteriorated, those individual areas will be replaced. We will also check the fence for structural integrity. If you would like to discuss this further, please call our Customer Service Manager, 407-203-0533.

    The 6ft wood board on board fence panels at Fence Outlet are cheaper than Home Depot and also the are much higher quality!

    We are very pleased with the fence and our experience with Fence Outlet. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, courteous and helpful. The rep answered all our questions and explained the process. FO did a turnkey job: provided the survey, had utilities marked, got the permit, all at a fair price. All we had to do was clear the pathway. They kept us informed throughout, except for installation date. We were surprised to receive a call Thursday night telling us that they could installation tomorrow, but this wasn't a problem. The installers were prompt and worked continuously, obviously experienced. The fence was installed in a few hours. They removed the old fence and left the area neat. The fence is thick and sturdy. We would reccommend fence Outlet.
