    I got the Dodge 06/02/2023 i test drove it the check engine light came on went off I told her when I took it back I took the Dodge had to bring it back Monday because the reason didn’t work or the windows would not go down they took the check engine light off with the tool because when I took the suv home the light came back on turn the suv in on Monday 06/05/2023 I didn’t get it back until Saturday 06/24/2023 so on my day off I decided to go to see family in ****** ** and the transmission went out I contacted oasis *** **** told me to call auto care but I told her they knew what was wrong and never fixed it just erase the code so the light can go off. I emailed *** **** back to let her know of all the money they wanted she stated I had a warranty *** I asked her about the warranty policy number and I haven’t heard anything back and it’s been a week. Because I didn’t get the information when I signed. I don’t know what to do I didn’t even have the Dodge a whole 2 weeks and now it just seems like a waste of time and money

    When I purchased a vehicle 7 months ago, I was told I had 2 year extended bumper to bumper and car rental warranty. 7 months later , the vehicle breaks down and when taken to have inspected, they called the warranty company and I do not have the warranty I was told I was going to get, and that the vehicle will not be covered. When I call Oasis, they are telling me, I do, but *** is saying I do not and that I have to pay out of pocket. The car has given me nothing but problems since I purchased it. When talking to the GM at Oasis on the phone, he was laughing at me. And he had no idea of my situation after calling for over a week. I am now with a vehicle , paying for it and it is not driveable. When speaking to others about this, this has happened to MULTIPLE people who have purchased cars from them. They buy cars from auctions and patch them to work for a few months, sale you warranty that you do not actually get. This business needs to be looked into. When I called them to have them correct the situation, I get laughed at and told it is not their problem anymore. I believe it is, because they told me I had a warranty that I do not have,

    From **** ****** GM for OASIS....ON DEC 17TH ******* ********* CALLED STATING SHE HAD BOUGHT HER CAR HERE 7 MONTHS AGO EARLIER AND WAS
    HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HER AND HER DAUGHTERS CAR AND THAT SHE HAD BOUGHT A BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY
    THAT GWC WARRANTY CO SAID SHE DIDN’T HAVE I LOOKED UP HER DEAL TOLD HER SHE DID HAVE A GWC WARRANTY GOLD
    BUT WE DO NOT SELL A BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY I ASKED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HER CAR NOT EXACTLY SURE I ASKED
    HER TO EMAIL THE SERVICE BILL TO SEE WHAT **** ********* HAD TOLD 1600.00 TO FIX THIS WAS AT 2PM SHE SAID SHE WAS
    EMAILING AND I HAD TIL 4PM TO RESPOND AT 3 PM I HAD HER SALESPERSON CALL HER TO TELL HERI HAD NOT RECEIVED AS OF
    YET SHE STATED SHE WAS HAVINIG A PROBLEM SENDING THEM APPROX 15 MIN LATE RECEIVED THE PAPERWORK I TALKED TO
    FAMILY SERVICE CENTER HAD THEM ORDER THE INJECTOR AND BOTH LINES I CALLED ******* BACK TOLD HER DUE TO THE
    MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY THAT I WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE REPAIRS FOR HER THAT
    DUE TO THE REPAIRS CALLING FOR LESS THAN 8 HOURS LABOR THERE WOULD NOT BE ALONER CAR SHE SAID THAT WAS FINE
    I ALSO OFFERED TO REFUND HER THE COST OF THE WARRANTY SINCE SHE BELIEVED IT WAS A BUMPER TO BUMPER AND IT
    WASN’T WE WENT OVER WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS SHE STATED SHE WOULD LIKE TO KEEP THE WARRANTY I ALSO EXPLAINED
    TO HER THAT HER APPOINTMENT WAS SET FOR 01/02/2023 AT 8 AM TO DROP OFF THE CAR SHE AGREED ON 01/02/2023
    SHE CALLED AT 9 AM SAID SHE COULDN’T MAKE IT ASKED TO CHANGE TO THE NEXT TODAY 01/03/2023 HER CAR IS CURRENTLY
    IN THE SHOP GETTING THE INJECTOR AND LINES REPLACED AT NO CHARGE TO AND IS EXPECTED TO BE DONE TODAY BY 5PM
    SO WE ARE DOING EXACTLY WHAT I SAID WE WOULD DO I THOUGHT SHE WAS HAPPY

    3/20/22 my vehicle a 2012 ****** ****** sliver broke down and I towed it home to my address and called oasis and let them know what my situations were with the car the first option was getting me a new vehicle but due to my credit their boss wouldnt allow it but I have to pay on a car that I’m not driving and is out of commission they sent out a reposition letter stating that I was 6 days over due of 47.67 cents on my car payment I never missed a payment I’m always on time as well if I don’t have it I’ll call and confirm and give them what I can but I’m always on time. The loan company I have the car with responded after I let them know what was going on there answer was that has nothing to do with them with the car not working I still have to pay my 140 every two weeks regardless and I don’t think that’s right I at least can get a rental vehicle from them until my car is fixed and ready to go but I am not about to make payments on something that’s not moving and not getting me anywhere I have a job as well and a life. It’s now going on week Three and my car is still not fixed or being checked on I called the cake shop near oasis and it’s still not getting fixed and I have a Warranty it seems as if they are stalling because they do not want to take the time to pay for it to be fixed and I do not appreciate this what’s so ever
