I have FPL Homeserve. I wanted my annual maintenance done on my HVAC system. Homeserve had another AC company call me to set up an 12 hour window appointment. They didn't show up or call. Homeserve called them again, and again, they didn't show up, but did call at 7pm to say they would be there after their next stop. I said. You fired. I called Homeserve and said to send another company and if this happens again with leaving me hanging, I would stop their service also. Well, *** Williams AC called me and set up an appoint with a 2 hour window. *************************, the tech responded and completed the maintenance and was cool...just like AC should be.Review from Robert S

Having lived in Melbourne for 23 years now, I wish I had met Ken ******** and his staff when I first got here. He runs his business in a manner that could serve as a model for others to follow. I never hesitate to call him for routine and emergency work. The results are the same: perfect! This call was for a breakdown with one of the two A/C systems in our home over the weekend. From the time I called, the weekend scheduler put me in their system, with a note to put me on their back up list, for any cancellation. Monday morning the technician came out, did the trouble shooting, called the parts requirement and the service department worked up an estimated schedule and price. Ken personally gets involved with finding the best solutions for their customers. They initiated action to find a compressor; Ken drove to St Lucie Tuesday to pick one up, rather than have it delayed through delivery. Wendsday the tech installed the new (under warrantee) unit, charged it up and we were cool again in half the originially estimated time and with a sizeable discount for being a repeat customer. I recommeded Ken to my fishing buddy, so you know they are very good!! Thank you some more, Ken and Company.Review from Leonard H.
