    I moved into the complex in January, right away I saw my a/c was broken, & majority of my appliances. I filed multiple emails and work orders (only one was actually input) as well as emergency maintenance requests. Nothing was done. It is now 85 degree weather and I have no heating/cooling system in my home which goes against my renter's rights as this is an emergency maintenance issue. It appears ******* **** has a personal issue against me or is incompetent to do her job as well as their maintenance team. I am also having to endure a ***** infestation that they claim was unreported before, which is also a lie as they were present upon move-in within various life stages and a considerable amount.

    I terminiated my lease at the end of the rental agreement. I have a signed letter on the day of walk through that everything is in order. I have requested my $900 dollar security deposit. I was told it would be up to 90 days to receive it. I have called to remind them that in Florida after 15 days, I should receive my deposit back. I was told she would check and call me back. Still has not called back. It has now been over 30 days and I would like my 900 dollar security deposit back. When I left there were still 15 outstanding maintenance requests outstanding for my apartment alone.

    I sent an email to the home office and Ms. *****  replied stating the check was mailed on October 6 and then she said it was returned and she was mailing another one.  However, I have still not received the check.
    Today I received an phone call from Tatiana C******** asking for my forwarding address to let her accounting department know, but Cheryl Y**** had already stated that she had cut a check already on the 19th.  However, I still have not received a check.  I asked Tatiana when I will receive my check and that in the state of Florida I should have already received my refund.
    She just brushed me off and said she would get back with me.
