      We counted on 4M Home Inspection to provide a 4 point inspection. ************************* listed on the report that the home we were purchasing contained a heat system. Once we moved in we realized there was no heat system installed, only AC. Additionally, **** provided a photo in the report showing the temperature rose to 81 degrees using a meter but we realize now that the blurry photo he added to the report was not even our system. Upon magnification, the photo contained a different model and serial number.We counted on his report when negotiating our real estate contract. Additionally, he marked that the home had a dishwasher and PDV pipes which was inaccurate.
