      We had our roof replaced and three skylights installed August 2023 - there has been issues with the skylights 1) there were the wrong measurements during the install and was subsequently replaced 2) the replacement glass comes with a tint per the manufacture however, all three replacement glasses dose not have a tint. There has been several calls made to Superior's ********** within the past ten (10) months. Most of the calls were ignored by ***** and **** who is no longer employed with Superior One, but ****** too my call, looked in my file and told me "someone would reach out to but I am not sure when"

      Hi *******,

      As discussed on multiple occasions, the ******* Skylights that were installed on your roof do not come with a tint. The High Impact, Hurricane Rated,***-240 Argon-Filled Glass skylight that was installed comes clear as a standard. We have been in contact with you regarding this and have always responded to your inquiries in a timely manner. We notate every call we receive in your file. We received a call from you on 5/15/2023 asking for the warranty information which we provided. The next call we received was on 5/22/2024 regarding the tint in which our response was the same, unfortunately, the skylight we installed does not come standard with tint. Please see ********* website at ************************************************************************ for more information. We are very sorry for any misunderstanding regarding this issue.

      To Whom it May Concern,

      As stated in my previous complaint, the original skylights were installed 08/2023 - then I discovered there either installed incorrectly or the measurements were incorrect - I made several calls to Superior One re this said topic - then they blew me off and tried to convince me the skylights were correct - after some some persistent and pushback, they finally sent a roofer out who agreed the measurements for the skylights are incorrect - a week later, three new skylights were delivered and installed.

      After the install, I noticed the glasses did not have a tint as the original install - several calls were made to ***** (the office manager) and **** (sales / field supervisor) with Superior ******** Then I requested documentation re the skylights and none were provided - rather I was ignored which led me down the path.

      Fastward to 2024: 05/22/24, I called Superior ******* at 4:51 PM. Received a text message - the message stated "sorry we missed your call, someone will reach out to you'

      05/28/2024 I called at 4:22 PM - no answer left a VM. 05/31/2024, I called at 09:22 - no answer left a VM - received a text message - ***lied and got no response.

      05.31/2024, I called at 09:35 and spoke to ****** - she stated "05/29/2024 I sent messages to the operations and sales manager, I will get back with you.

      05/31/2024, ****** called at 10:15 - she stated "I have escalated your concern and someone will get back with you - 06/10/2024 ****** called - she advised "I spoke with the operations manger and we are not going any further the case is closed".

      In summary, I did my own investigation -called  ******* Skylight in *******, ** at ************ and received confirmation from one of there sales *** that the skylight dose have a tint.

      We have reached out to ******* Skylights and have asked for them to schedule a time for one of their **** to go out and inspect the skylights to ensure they are correct and meet standards. As soon as we get a response we will reach out to get the inspection scheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience, Superior One Roofing has done everything we can on our end regarding the skylights. If there is an issue with the skylights per *******, we will discuss options for replacement if deemed necessary and per warranty for the skylights.

      Additionally, Superior ******* suggested I contact ******* Skylight several times - I made it very clear to Superior ******* several times "I don't ***** a purchase agreement with ******* - I did not write a check to ******* for the purchase of three (3) skylights - all transactions were done through Superior *******" Thereafter is when they (Superior *******) went radio silence
