    We are writing this complaint to share our horrible experience with this company. This timeshare has never been as affordable as it was presented to us when we decided to sign a contract with this company. The total cost of exactly how much this timeshare was going to cost us was not presented in an accurate light. In reality the cost of the ownership is much more expensive than if we were to book a vacation off the street. Right now, our goal is to stay financially stable. Due to our current situation, our income is limited. The maintenance fee takes more money from us than we have to offer. We are currently undergoing medical and financial hardships and separating completely from this timeshare is the direction we have to go in. We have already made an attempt to sell this timeshare on our own. This has been proven to be unsuccessful.We have reached out to this company with our concerns. Most of our attempts have been completely ignored. We send emails and receive no response. The few responses we have received have never addressed our specific concerns. Have someone from this company reach out to us so we can come to a settlement on this account and go our separate way.
