5 starsI found ************************** on ******* and was so impressed by the huge library of excellent educational videos regarding how to understand ******** and how to make informed decisions. This has been an invaluable resource and I found it so supportive, that I reached out to use their services as my ******** broker. Their service has been outstanding: prompt and professional, clear and thorough, patient and respectful, very careful with detail, and I genuinely feel that they have my best interests and needs at heart. 5 starsI chose to use MedigapSeminars as my Medigap ******************** broker after watching a few of ******* ********* ******* videos on ********. The videos are very informative, highly recommended and his sincerity is obvious to see. ****** was the broker who helped me, as a first time ******** Applicant, with understanding my options. She explained both the Medigap Supplements and Advantage plans thoroughly, which made my choice clear. She also advised on Part D, the prescription drug plan. Interspersed within my large questions were many smaller ones that she patiently and satisfactorily answered as well. She was upbeat the entire time and ******* is blessed to have her working for his company. I feel more confident having them as my broker than if I were to have navigated the process my myself. Matthew's videos were very informative and helped me on selecting the best Medigap Plan for me. I worked with Jordan, and she was very helpful in this process. She provided me with additional information which greatly helped me decide on my final selection. It was a pleasure in working with her and she made the process easy and simple. I have been a client of Medigap Seminars for the past 3 years. I have always found them to be helpful, courteous, and very knowledgable about ******** plans. This year they gave me a heads up that due to changes within my supplemental policy insurance company that my premium was about to significantly increase. ****** ****** walked me through my options and helped me find another suplemental insurance company and policy which was more reasonably priced. She then helped me through each step of the application and underwriting process until I was successfully accepted into a new plan. I can not thank ******** Seminars, and ***** enough for watching out for my best interests and helping me make this change. I needed a dental plan and didn't know where to start. I contacted Medigap Seminars by email and in a very short time a representative by the name of ******* Cudzi called me and already had several plans for me to look at. ******* was super patient and acted like I was the only client they have. She took her time explaing every detail of the plans and answered all of my questions. You can tell she's an expert at what she does. We picked out a plan that would be best for me and the rest is history. I wish I could give her 100 stars. She deserves it. I highly recommend Medigap Seminars to anybody that like me needs help navigating through all the information in these plans whether they are medical,dental,prescription or anything else. After my plans for retirement were unexpectedly accelerated and I faced the need to rapidly learn what I need to do about ********* I found MedigapSeminars from ******* recommendations (a wealth of what I judged to be unbiased help), and chose to connect with them. I have had great support from the *** I was assigned (******), both in helpful suggestions and empathy during ******** enrollment, and more concretely supporting the applications for supplement plans.
