On 8/15/2024 I brought my 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave in for a complimentary factory oil change and tire rotation at ****** miles. About a thousand miles later, which took me a month or longer, I realized that my tire rotation was never preformed by the wear on my tires. I contacted the service department and after a few phone calls later, and the fact I'm a retired master mechanic, they agreed to get me in and rotate my tires 11/1/24. They got me in and out. I got about a mile away and felt my steering wheel shake as I got up to speed on I95. I stopped and check my tires to find one was never tightened. By then it was too late, the aluminum factory wheel was ruined. A mechanic came out to tighten the wheel so I could get back to the shop. They put my spare tire on at the shop after they realized my rim was wrecked. They said they will order me a new wheel. The quick tire rotation took 3 hours and cost me a wheel and almost my life. On 11/18 I got my new wheel installed but it was a used one. The scratches that someone tried to cover up with magic marker was a tell tale sign. I brought it to the mechanic's attention, the service writer, parts guy, and service manager. Service manager said it was possibly a refurbished rim and everyone else mentioned knew nothing as to where the rim came from. I said they don't refurb rims with magic marker, it's a junk yard rim. I feel it's a never ending round and round and I'm done trying to get anywhere with the company. I can't believe the lack of professionalism.

      October 29, 2024

I am writing to formally complain about the deceptive sales practice I experience when I
purchased a 2024 Jeep Rubicon on September 19th, 2024. The vehicle identification
number ** ******************). During the process of completing the purchase the
Salesperson ***** ****** and the Finance Manager **** ****** told me to purchase an
extended warranty. They were very pushy and pressured me to purchase the extended
warranty. ***** ****** told me that I can cancel the extended warranty within the first (60)
days, and I will be refunded the entire purchase price.

On October 22nd, 2024, I contacted the warranty company Mopar Vehicle Protection. I was
told that I do not have an extended warranty with this company. They told me the dealer did
not forward the extended warranty application to be processed.

      On October 23rd, 2024, I called the dealer, and I spoke with **** *******. I told ******* that
the extended warranty that I was pressured to purchase from the dealer for $ 2867.60 was
never intended to be activated. He became very annoyed with me on the phone, and he
said that he was not aware of anything. He told me to contact the Finance Manager ****
      *******

On October 24th, 2024, I went to the dealership to speak with **** ******* I met with
****** and told him that I wanted to cancel the extended warranty policy. ******
responded that he was too busy, and that I needed to come back the next day to speak with
**** *******. I explained to ****** that I have already spoken to *******, and he told me
that I must talk to you because you are the Finance Manager. ****** behavior was very
hostile and unprofessional and unbecoming for someone in his position. He left me
standing in front of his elevated front desk. He came back later with a service contract
cancelation form in hand. He told me to sign the form. I politely ask ****** for a copy of the
form which he did. He then told me my refund would be returned to the Bank (Truist).

On October 28th, 2024, I went to Truist Bank the lien holder. I met with *** ******** (Truist
Bank Client) who advised me that the refund will post after five business days. She checked
her database and did not see any refund check. She advised me to call the dealership.

On October 29th, 2024, I called Mr. ******* at the dealership and told him that Truist stated
that they did not receive any check from them. He responded in a dismissive fashion like he
was annoyed with me. He said “it will come when it comes .“ He then hangs up the phone.

It is very apparent that Flagler Chrysler Dodge and Jeep Ram have used the “bait and
switch” when they falsely claimed that they offer a warranty protection plan. This is clearly
a misrepresentation and a clear violation of consumer protection laws. After I signed the
contract, and they collected the fund from Truist Bank, the dealership had no intention to
      activate the policy.

I look forward to resolving this matter amicably. Therefore, I am demanding a full refund for
the contract amount of $ 2867.60 to be mailed to the above address.

Failure from the dealership to resolve this matter promptly, I reserve the right to file a
lawsuit against the dealership. In the event of a lawsuit, I intend to fully seek regress
permitted by law including, but not limited to, additional damages, legal services cost,
      court cost, and accrued interest.

      Sincerely,

      ******* *********

5/18/2019 purchased Chrysler Jeep Latitude and *** CARE extended warranty. My sunroof is covered under the warranty. Spoke with MOPAR 5/7/24 and they said: "Mopar verified your sunroof is covered". However, the Dealership: Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram,****************************************:************, is saying they're not sure it's covered because when I purchased car the sunroof had one number and now another number has superseded it and it's different. I spoke with ********************** tonight and they said it is the same part only it's longer lasting and more efficient and it is covered under my contract #********. ***** asked me to call back tomorrow and open a new case no. and ask to have it escalated with a case manager. Last week I asked to have the Owner: ***** contact me but she has not. I'm a senior who is eighty years old and I need help. Their treatment of me and manner of speaking to me was hostile and they also lied and said that I didn't have an appointment when I did May 1st,2024 and I left my car on their lot as they said I'd lose my spot if I took the car. So I paid $248.00 for a car rental to leave my car sit on the lot until today, 5/7/24 when ********************* the service technician looked at my car and said it needs a new sunroof. No one has ordered it stating that it's a different number. I spoke with extended warranty today UCHE is the name of the man in the department and he said that he'd call the Dealership tomorrow and get back to me. **** at Jeep Engagement said to call after 2pm and open a new case and get a case manager. This has been going on since Thursday, April 25th when I first brought my car to ***********************, Service Manager and he scheduled an appt. there's more but I have the *** CARE and need help having them honor it.thank you for any assistance with this issue that you can provide

Bought 2022 Ram on 3/10/2023. Paid approx $3000 for Maryland sales tax and fees for tags. Car was to be registered in Maryland. Tags were to be sent to my Maryland address. My temp tag has expired, Dmv in Maryland says they have not received tax money or request for tags from the dealer. Dealer will not answer my multiple calls or answer any questions. I would never deal with dealership.

I had purchased at 2017 Pacifica Touring L and when I hit 75,000 miles the engine light came on and loss of power. The van over heated for about 5 seconds and then went back to normal. I then took the van to a local mechanic and he said it was the starter and the water pump. That was $900.00. After that was fixed, the problem happened again 30 min after I picked the van up. I then took it to Flagler Chrysler. They looked at it and said it had a bad starter. I had them replace it. $300.00. That didn’t fix it and I took it back and Flagler Chrysler said it was the thermometer and that caused my engine to heat up too fast and then cool down TOO fast In return damaging my heads and gaskets making oil and antifreeze to leak out of the engine. Cost would be $5,500.00 to fix the problem. Luckily, Chrysler corp. paid $5,000 of it and I was great full for that. 1 year to the date, my wife and I took the van in to have it looked over because we are going to drive it on a vacation to Texas. Flagler Chrysler looked it over and said my car was over heating and leaking oil and antifreeze due to a cracked oil coolant pan. It then cost me $870.00 to have this fixed. My wife and I leave and a few days later check and the antifreeze coolant is low. We take it back in and Flagler Chrysler says it’s a hose and is $280.00, plus I should replace the water pump. Keep in mind I just had the water pump replaced a year ago. My complaint is I have taken this van to Flagler Chrysler 5 times to have the coolant system fixed in my van so it doesn’t over heat and leak fliers, and after $7,860, the system is still not fixed and they keep on charging me when this should have been fixed the first time! Would love some help but the manager behind the counter at the service station is VERY RUDE! I feel like I’m being taken advantage of and I hate it. I can’t afford to buy a new car in todays market so I’m stuck fixing this van! Buyer(s) From Flagler Chrysler beware!

Details such as these are useful: • Date of the transaction • $1000 deposit. Airfare, plane tickets, Airbnb, rental car • What the business committed to provide you: agreed purchase price of $103,301 • What the nature of the dispute is: they agreed to sell me the vehicle for $103,301. Then the next day they tell me they can't honor that price after they had already accepted my deposit, paid for and booked flights, rental car, accommodations, etc. Sales manager was rude and didn't honor commitment. • The business has not tried to resolve the problem.

After dropping my car off and was told 2800.00 and 1 week and a half it would be done. It was months! Before I got home, the engine light came back on, cruise control stopped working and window stopped working. Before I could get the car back, I had to go out if state to work. After bringing it back, I asked to fix what I paid for, they agreed,at no charge. After months again,They would not release my car until I paid for a part $400.00! I had to have the car. I was leaving the next day to go up north. Now, my son has the car up north for a couple of months, the window is broken again and the engine light is again on!! I want a full refund of my money. I was months without my car, it was not fixed properly, it's still not fixed and getting worse. Also absolutely no reply from the manager/ owner ,I was told nobody can contact her, she only shows up randomly, no way I can talk to anybody who can make a decision. Why did I, after paying $2800.00 , have to pay again for a part that was used to fix their mistakes. Now I have to pay a mechanic in Massachusetts to fix my car up there because my son is using it for his job .
