- Natures Body Bar stands behind the products we sell. We strive to provide the highest quality, most effective professional products on the market. However, we understand sometimes things don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns* within 14 days of purchase.
We offer two types of returns, a Replacement or a Refund*. Products are eligible for a Replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. Products are eligible for a full Refund if you decide you don’t want the item, it didn’t meet your expectations, or if you have had an adverse skin reaction.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to select a different item, you must return the original item unopened for a refund, and then purchase another item.
HOW TO BEGIN A RETURN
To begin the Return Process, feel free to contact our friendly Customer Service Representatives by submitting your request via email [email protected] call us 1-800-808-9908. Returns will be processed during normal business hours Mon-Fri 9am – 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
