      Very easy to work with. I needed to ship an odd package from upstate ******** to ******* and they went out of their way to get it done as cheaply as possible. I don't often send freight cross country. But if I do again I will be using them. 5 stars across the board from me

      Little to no communication from booking rep. Shipment did not arrive in time for tradeshow and no answers or explanations. No updates from rep either and have had to send several follow ups to even receive a vague response. They have already lost our business and anyone else that we know too.

      FreightCenter is a 3rd party logistics company; therefore, we do not handle or transport freight; we simply connect the shipper to a carrier. As such, the liability lies with the carrier because they are handling and transporting your cargo.


      Its important to keep in mind that the carriers oversee scheduling. We do work with all of our carriers to ensure a smooth process, but there are always factors such as weather, holidays etc. that are beyond anyones control. We are sorry to see that your shipment didnt make it to the tradeshow on time.


      A claim has been filed with the carrier for the failure.  Unfortunately, the resolution takes time.  The carrier has up to 120 business days to resolve the claim. You will be notified as soon as we receive any updates on the claim.


      Again, we apologize for the inconvenience in your shipping experience, and we appreciate your cooperation. Our goal is to ensure shippers have the best shipping experience and we hope to resolve this issue for you.

      Please understand that FreightCenter is the booking company that failed to keep their end of the booking agreement when this booking was made. I have also been lied to repeatedly by my booking representative on recorded phone lines and via emails that are saved. Communication is lacking on her behalf too. I have had to send several follow ups by emails or by phone calls with no response. Finally after two weeks she sent a response regarding the claim-however the information provided in the statement above directly contradicts what was said in that email. So is it standard practice to ignore customer's emails and directly lie to them? We have been charged for the failed service that FreightCenter booked and now are being told it may take anywhere to 120-180 days...that is absurd. Due to the horrible service and lack of communication from this company, we are proceeding with the next steps of litigation and contacting the banks.

      I got an estimate for 250.00 to ship one pallet from one warehouse to another. A week after it shipped i got an invoice for 450.00 saying it was residence fee both ways. I have shipped many times with other companies with no issues. When i tried to file a dispute the lady said she cant file one as my company is in a rural area outside the city limits which means automatic residence fee! Why not make me aware of that when i request a quote. Unhappy customer. Like to be treated fair.

      We understand billing adjustments are an inconvenient part of the shipping process and we do our very best to ensure our shippers avoid them at all costs. Please note that all carriers charge for the services rendered.  If the information varies based on what was provided during the quote phase, a billing adjustment is issued.  Unfortunately, we can not always foresee when a carrier would deem a location as Limited Access/Rural location.


      As FreightCenter has already been charged for this service and it cant be disputed, we would like to offer you a discount on future shipments to help offset some of the additional charges.

      I've had a great experience with FreightCenter, thanks to my account manager ****. He always goes above and beyond, even on weekends, to make sure my shipments are handled properly and that I'm charged fairly.Once, I lost a piece of a pallet, and **** got back to me the same day after contacting the third-party courierit was at their warehouse. Knowing **** has strong relationships with both clients and couriers is reassuring.If you need reliable shipping, I highly recommend FreightCenter and working with ****. His dedication and quick responses make all the difference!

      Horrible, absolutely horrible service and costumer service!This piece of s*** company have horrible employees that dont give a s*** about their clients or their schedules when it come to pick **** they promise certain pick up and drop off windows, and their carriers never show up in time, causing extensive delays and extra costs to you.They failed to pick up my last order in the explicitly requested time window, and charged me a cancellation fee even after their Failure to fulfill their part of the contract and I had to dispute their ridiculousness charge with my credit card company.And needless to say, that their prices are horrible, it is much better to go straight to the freight companies!DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS S***** COMPANY, unless you want to deal with all kinds of head aches!

      As a Third-Party Logistics Company, FreightCenter requests a pickup from the freight carrier on the requested day. Unfortunately, they don’t always make it to pick up on that requested day. When this happens, they will roll it over to the next business day. 

      The carrier did arrive to pick up your shipment on the requested day and time window that you requested and was told by the shipper that the freight was not ready. Therefore, the carrier charged a TONU fee for the attempted pick-up.

      Please refer to our Terms & Conditions sections below. This should clarify any questions that you may have regarding our cancellation policy.

      Absolutely positively terrible. They failed to tell me that I needed to schedule a home delivery to my residence. I had to pay a technician $350 to come to my house for absolutely nothing just to receive his check turn around and drive back to Corpus Christi, there are hundreds of better choices than this company. Please read the reviews and be warned.

      Normally when delivering to a residence, the freight carrier will call and make delivery arrangements.  In your case, the carrier put it on the truck for delivery. Were sorry for the mix up. Were glad your shipment was delivered at 12:21 pm on the day you wanted it and you didnt have to pay a technician for nothing.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I scheduled a pickup on April 26th, 2024 with Evan *******, the National Account Manager at FreightCenter, Inc. He recommended that I select their 'better' freight carrier, ABF Freight, for a cost of $627, which I paid. The piece of freight was/is a wooden swing that was picked up in Brownsville TX, and delivered to Bush, LA. When the shipment arrived in Bush, LA, the swing was broken, so we refused to accept the shipment. The ABF Freight driver told us that someone in the ABF Freight warehouse hit the swing with a forklift. I notified the manufacturer in Brownsville, TX, who quickly began the insurance claim process. Today, (June 07, 2024) I received an email from Evan ******* at FreightCenter Inc saying that his carrier denied the claim and "there's nothing he can do". So, I've now been robbed of $627 by FreightCenter Inc, and the swing (my parents' 50th Anniversary gift) was sent back to Brownsville TX, where it still sits. So, I repeat...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! (unless you ENJOY getting robbed....THEN give Evan a call). ***I do NOT give this company 1 star. I was required to select a star in order to leave my review.***

      Shipment price was fair ($400)and shipment was delivered as advertised. Until I got a random $305 charge 1 week after with no notice or receipt. Called them and they said the business they picked up from was limited access because it has a house on premise. It is a registered and operating business with warehouse buildings. It's not a residential address it's a registered business with a forklift. They quoted me from this address to mine 400 not 700 End of story. Then they claimed we discussed this which we didn't, trust me I would have remembered. There are hundreds of other reviews similar to mine online. Even if xpo did charge that fee there's not a chance it's $300. Probably closer to $100. Shady business and now I have my credit card company fighting the charge.

Please note that all carriers verify the information provided on the cargo they handle and if there are any discrepancies with what was reporting during the quote phase and the actual services as noted by the carrier, a billing adjustment is issued by the carrier.

      We understand that you have a business on your property, but the driver deemed it limited access as there is a residence on the same property. If you could provide a document stating that the property is zoned commercial, we could try to dispute the charge with the carrier. These types of charges are hard to dispute however.
