    I was cold called about a free magazine trial and ended up getting tricked into agreeing to a subscription that I cannot cancel.

    Dear ***************************,

    Thank you for informing us of our former customer, **************************

    ******************* originally placed an order for a package of 7 magazine subscriptions on June 1, 2022 at 3:49pm (EST).  We take the service of our customers very seriously, and at that time went over in detail how the service works,including information on the selection of magazines, total price, monthly payments, and the overall length of the service.  In addition, we confirmed all of these details a second time using a third-party order verification service to ensure the customer had a complete understanding of the order that they purchased as well as locking in their guaranteed rate. ************* also placed a second order with us on Feb. 21, 2023 at 4:48pm as before, we went over the new information with the same third-party order verification service and explained this was a second order, including the combined costs, new magazines, etc.  ************* explained to the agent at that time how courteous and nice our sales representative was when she spoke with him.

    On Nov. 13, 2023 at 2:38pm (EST) we played back the recordings of the orders being verified with ******************* over the phone.  As explained above, the recordings confirmed all of the information regarding her orders in detail and ******************* agreed to accept the services and make the regular monthly payments for the full term.

    We spoke to ************************* on Nov. 16, 2023 at 2:03pm about the orders and have mutually decided to completely end the services on her accounts, with no refund to be issued.  We are sorry to lose ************* as a customer.
