  Pauls moved my belongings out of my Florida home into their storage facility for 8 months. Then they moved it to *************. Both moves went great and all my stuff while in storage was taken care of. Their employees are professional and are very good at what they do.

  I can't say enough about **** Haul's from the moment that he picked up the phone when we are at our worst till when ******, ** and ***** left the storage unit they were nothing but professional, kind and amazing!! We called in desperation and needed someone to come right away and they did!!! Highly, highly recommend this company they actually care about the people!!!

  I have used this company many times and was very happy each time. They helped me relocate from a downstairs apartment to upstairs along with packing. It was amazing! Their packer was fast and efficient! Once we were upstairs, she emptied the boxes out in the appropriate room so I could go through and put them away. Movers moved very fast as well as the Pecker pecker. My move did take longer than the quote because I was not aware of how much packing and moving I actually needed however it was very clear to me why and they still came in just above the quote. The move should have taken longer so I was so thankful to their readiness to work hard and fast. I was so happy with the experience that I did have them move me from my apartment to my condo where they came in under the quote easily because I was aware of what I had this time… lol. I then came into a complication with the company that I worked for during a construction project. I work with Mattresses and the beds were all in one area. The people that were hired to move them bad to their assigned areas had already moved onto the next job so I was stuck doing it myself. I thought I would call Paul hauls to see if I could get those guys and save my own back. They sent a team right away at last minute noticed and charge me for a 3 hour mini they called it even though it took a little longer. My store looked great and was ready to open on opening day. My company was very impressed and covered the bill for me as well as asked for their credentials. I have since seen them in my condos two or three times moving in my neighbors! It is a good family owned company. The owner Paul actually is still in the office. I talked to him myself.. Very good company and they actually talk to you while the move is going on just to check in. During my first move this was perfect because I had not planned on the right amount of boxes and they were able to get more to my place before we needed them. 5 stars!unt of boxes and they were able to get more to my place before we needed them. 5 stars!

  Great company. Friendly and fast movers, on time and caring!! They moved us in less time than estimated, held our belongings for 3 days until we closed on the new house and took good care of us!

  Three stars, at best. This team caused minor damage to nearly every piece of large wooden furniture they touched....we didn't complain. However, we witnessed one mover carry a large piece of Ethan Allen art work (3'x4'+) up the exterior stairs resulting in shattering the glass causing major, irreparable damage to the print art. This occurred on March 1, 2024. Paul took it and said he would "make it good to us", with options of replacing the glass and financial compensation for or also replacing the print. We continue to reach out to Paul every 1-2 weeks with no resolution. He provides promises, but no action to date. Yesterday, I called again and talked to John at Paul Hauls and stated we needed immediate resolution with the following options: 1) return of the piece "as is" along with financial compensation to cover cost of replacement artwork; 2) return of the piece with glass replaced and a replacement print. I indicated that my only other recourse would be to file a formal complaint, publish to social media, and/or seek legal counsel. Doorbell rang today. His worker brought to us in a box: the frame including the damaged artwork, no glass....just the way he took it from us on March 1. No note, no call, no email indicating further compensation for the damage. I am not at all apologetic for publishing this disappointment and poor customer service. I have posted the following message on his website: Paul, we just received delivery of the damaged piece of art work that occurred during our move on March 1, 2024. This was the result of negligence on the part of your delivery team, shattering the glass and damaging the print. We have received the return of the frame with the damaged print - with no replacement glass. We expect a resolution with financial compensation to replace the Ethan Allen print and the glass at the expense of $500. Comparable pieces of artwork can be found on the Ethan Allen website valuing at @ $2,000-$2,500.

  From the moment I called to set up my move, I knew i was in good hands. They were able tow ork my move into a busy Monday with no problem. ****** and **** made it happen and at a fair ********************** and ****** came out to do the move and they were very knowledgeable of the bet way to move the furniture without damage. And this furniture had to go down a very tight flight of stairs. The job was 10 star service and value. I will definitely use Paul Hauls Moving & Storage for all my moving needs, and I will recommend them to whomever needs to move their furniture and now that it is safe during that move. I would give this team 10 stars if it was available. Thank You for giving me such great service.

  I had a last minute move. I called Paul Hauls and they fit me into their schedule and sent 2 strong guys who made moving look easy. Very impressive. Thank you Paul Hauls!

  We had a great experience with our recent move! The guys were professional, competent and very efficient. We have moved 8 times in the last 15 years and they were truly the best team, with nothing getting broken or damaged, and they even had a sense of humor about carrying heavy furniture up three flights of stairs. Thank you for the very positive experience, we really appreciated it!

  The guys from Paul Hauls were great and I would not hesitate to use them again! They were fast and efficient and all-around just nice guys to work with! I moved my Dad into assisted living and they were familiar with the facility having delivered there before. I'm especially happy with the care they took moving his possessions. **** himself is a super nice guy, and bent over backwards to make the time we wanted to move work around other appointments he had that day. Call **** for your next move, you won't be sorry you did!

  Horrible. Buyer Beware. They said they would unwrap and place furniture. Did none of the above. Mover expected us to provide them with drinks. Furniture was damaged. **** said he would call but did not. When he finally did, he used ****** comments toward us and **** us. Completely unprofessional. Rude and offensive.
